No idea how this place gets a 4.5 rating. Tables are picnic tables and filthy between the wood slates. You sit and scan a QR code to order and pay, then they bring out the food. After we ordered they came to our table to tell us what they were out of, even though we already paid, so had to settle for other items. We had Pork sandwiches, but it was mostly fat and not really edible. Mac and Cheese was worse than out of a box. We were on a 2 week trip touring the National Parks, this was the worst meal we had.

You order through QR codes so I hope you brought your phone. Also it was served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. Food was phenomenal though, sometimes its hard to find good bbq but this is a good spot.

Very underwhelming. Dry food and only had half the options on the menu. Very over priced.

After a day of hiking, the loaded potato with brisket and a side of mac&cheese was insane!!The sauces were also delicious.A must if you go in the Bryce Canyon area!

Too expensive. The food was fine (…not the best brisket ever, but decent). Even though the menu inside said that cole slaw was included, it was not. They charge for every side (…a tiny piece of corn bread is considered a side). In particular, the menu was more expensive than the photos I saw on Google. For brisket/corn bread for two people plus one side of potato salad, it was $50. I went there because I read that the outside was dog friendly, but there was no outdoor seating (visited on Apr. 20th; perhaps it was too early in the season, but was a hot day).

Most of the food here feels like it came out of a box or can. Nachos are Tostitos. Cheese is cheap, ballpark-style nacho cheese. The coleslaw is pretty flavorless; no creamy taste to it. The meat (we had brisket) is better than everything else, but isn’t all that great by BBQ standards. Wish I could say it was better, but in this regional food desert I imagine people rate this place differently. Mediocre at best.

IDK what was happening with service, but they messed up 4 orders while I was there. Perhaps new ticket system? But they were apologetic about each mistake. Made it right. Food was ok, plenty im portion size. Friendly staff.

You have to wait in line, and they take one order, prepare it, then move on to the next person. If there is a long line, you will wait a while. The food is very good. They do need more help. The eating areas hadn't been cleaned in a while, so we had to clean a table to sit at. They have some neat truck seating. When we were there, they didn't have ice in the soda machine, so you had to wait until it made some more. We had the peace cobbler with our meal, and it was okay. It was too mushy for me. I would skip that next time. We enjoyed eating here.

Delicious! BUT there was only 1 worker taking orders, making food and delivering food. Longggg wait times! Many people left due to wait time.
