the sub i got was mega good, only took a few seconds to give me a big sandwich that tasted really good, the employees were cool, (con) and there was some old dude who was really funny.Parking: convenient as its next to big store, there's like 60 parking spots in a 30 second walk, no one parks overly close to eachother, and due to the some-what rotting pavement, people aren't parking at the front, so it makes perfect way for a normal car

we first walked in and this old man (the manager) sighed and walked up to my mom and just stared at her, clearly didn’t want us there then yelled at us acting like he was joking but was very passive agressive. not very friendly. awful costumer service, threatened to kick me in the face bc i grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge. I don’t care if he was joking or not some people don’t appreciate your passive aggressive humor especially when we do not know you at all.

They were super unfriendly. I wanted to leave almost immediately. Then when we were adding the toppings, we asked for tomato and instead added mayo when we told them no like 3 times, including when we both yelled no. She put it on anyway then just kept it on there looking at us like it was our fault. Overall a very unfriendly experience. I do think that they were so rude because we were younger. However it was still not ok, not when we made it clear that that was not what we wanted.

I ordered a footlong steak. They ran out of meat and only did 1/2 scoop. When the new batch was brought out she didn't add anymore, so I was shorted on the protein, which is the main thing you are paying

What you’d expect out of a Subway! Food looks well kept and veggies don’t look too bad. One of the employees friendliness might catch you off guard lol in a funny way. Clean bathrooms.

When I had subway the staff ran into a crisis. They ran out of change to pay us back. They handled this crisis very well. Specifically the server Calvin Hadfeild. They allowed us to eat while they waited for some more change. They got more change quickly and treated us kindly. I would highly suggest eating here.

Untrained employee left up front by herself. Was patient it took 25 minutes to get through and was the only person there at the time. Employee ran out of condiment that I wanted and wouldn’t go get more but did for the people after that had come in. Employee did not know what type of bread that was asked for, did not know what sandwiches were made of. ( not her fault if she’s left by herself ) I offered to google the sandwich. She finally asked her co worker after that. Another employee came and helped us check out and was very obnoxious, loud and rude. Not professional at all. Parking is horrible with many pot holes. I hope the company considers fixing them.Parking: Pot holes everywhere and no lines to park

I paid for cookie's in my online order and didn't get any, I know I should have checked the order before I picked it up and got home but still it says on the order that I paid for cookie's so I should have gotten them.
