I have had this unit for roughly 2 years. Before the new owners took over it was broken into with no cameras or any way for me to reclaim the things that were lost including an irreplaceable African Shaman's drum among other things.
When the current owner took over. They added cameras! ...and the experience has been better. I still believe that putting gates at the end of the units would be a good idea so that only people renting the units can access them.

Ace Storage does not use a surveillance system and is a MAJOR TARGET FOR STORAGE THEFT. Multiple theft cases have been reported to Iron County Sherrifs this year alone, including mine. After my unit was robbed, I cleared the rest of my stuff out and discontinued my rental. Afterwards, they had the audacity to reach out to me and ask for a monthly payment. DO NOT store your stuff here, rent from a storage business that uses a surveillance system.

They have been really nice to work with me during my 2 year unusual situation, of dealing with a sinking house, which has finally been torn down. I truly appreciate their business ethics..... Highly recommended!
