“I cannot begin to describe how great my experience with “Always Towing” in Cedar City was. First I needed an older car 79 Trans Am picked up in StGeorge and towed to my home in New Harmony. I called several tow companies and the Quoted price was similar between all three companies. The Difference is Sandy told me that they had a tow from New Harmony to St George and if I could work with their schedule they could bring my car back, rather than driving empty. I would have gladly paid full however she offered me a discount. I was shocked and when Dustin arrived and loaded my car I followed him to New Harmony and it is sitting safely in our driveway. Customer Service is an Art, and Always Towing totally impressed me and they will be our go to for any towing service. I would recommend them and am confident that they will exceed your expectations, they surely exceeded mine.

“We were having trouble with our Lexus in between Bryce and Zion NP on Saturday and were very worried about being stranded. We tried calling mobile mechanics but no help. On Monday morning we just drove to Cedar city hoping that someone would help, we drove straight to Ernesto. he understood our situation and quickly diagnosed that it was a case of a bad water pump and leaking coolant. He offered to take our car and fixed it by the evening. He didn’t take advantage of our situation or charge extra and provided the best service. (Even our regular mechanics in our city in past 25 years have not taken a walk in like that)

“These guys do great work, I came in here with a Mazda RX-8 with broken door handle. They had the part shipped in, repainted and on my car within a couple days. As a college student who doesn’t have an insane amount of money to spend on fixing his car their prices were very reasonable. To top this all off the door handle works and looks like new.”
