“IF YOU'RE IN THE CEDAR CITY AREA AND NEED YOUR CAR SERVICED, YOU GO TO LEON'S. PERIOD. THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD.Please read below as to why:When my Alternator died on RT 15 North in Utah I thought I was screwed. The shop my car was towed to wouldn't look at for a week, and I thought I was stranded and I needed to get back on the road to Philadelphia. Luckily, the Uber driver that was taking me to my stranded vehicle told me that if the current shop didn't work, I should go to a place called Leon's in Cedar City. I'm so happy I got that Uber Driver. I quickly towed my car back to Cedar, and Leon's had it ready to go in hours. They took it in immediately with no hesitation, kept me updated, and even helped me with easier routes to drive through moving forward. Leon even has the nicest dogs to keep you company while you wait.Plain and simple, I would be stranded in Southern Utah if it wasn't for the great team at Leon's Alignments. I can't thank them enough. They are great people who truly care about every customer that walks in and that is rare in this day in age.Thanks again to everyone at Leon's and if you're even remotely close to Leon's Alignments you shouldn't hesitate for a second.”

“Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised with this service center. I had two issues to resolve and repair, one being a sensor for the ABS system. It turned out that a rear sensor had been broken off inside the wheel hub. Long story short… they went the extra mile, on several facets of service to include expedited shipment of parts, loaned me a car to get home nearby, and saved me close to 200.00 from the original estimate. In conclusion, they were friendly (not short, gruff interactions often seen in burned out staff) over the top helpful, and honest… who could ask for more when looking for an automotive service center? Highly recommended.”

“A friend and I were in Cedar City during a long streak of cold, snowy, wet, windy, weather and were in a campground that had electricity so we could use the electric heater in my small trailer. But we were headed out to BLM land so I thought that I should re-test the gas furnace. It didn’t work. I found burned out fuse, but that wasn’t it. I called Matt’s RV Repair and they said to come on over.They got right to my furnace and had to remove it to diagnose it. They were able to diagnose it and repair it for a good price, I thought. Then, to add to my problems, we took the trailer back to the campground, hooked it up to electricity, and the 120 circuit wouldn’t work. I have been RV camping for 15 years but I was out disconnecting and reconnecting, fiddling with the off/on switch with no luck. I called Matt and he sent a tech right out. I’m embarrassed to admit that I had turned the outside power on-off-on-and back off. (I don’t know why it didn’t work the first time.). The tech flipped the switch and all is well except my pride.Thank you Matt and crew!”

“To say owning your own business is hard is a massive understatement. I can't even imagine if that business is auto repair, considering you're only ever dealing with people on their worst days. I understand any mechanic who sets good personal boundaries and values their time above all else. Which is why I'm completely astounded by how outstanding Chuck is. We found ourselves in a "worst case scenario" - blowing a transmission while towing a trailer for a cross country move with our two dogs. Chuck helped secure our trailer after hours the night we found ourselves in his parking lot after running into him by chance, and despite having a ton already on his plate, he got our diagnosis the next morning, and located a few new transmission options shortly after that. Unfortunately, we couldn't wait for the repair or afford the additional week stay in town. Which means he wasn't going to end up getting our business for the repair. Most people would probably send us on our way and leave us up to our own devices at that point, and from a professional standpoint they'd have every right to. But that didn't prevent Chuck from continuing to go above and beyond to ensure the items in our trailer and our vehicle were all safe, make himself available countless times over the course of 48 hours as we sorted out swapping our cargo trailer for a U-Haul truck and an auto transport for our vehicle, including helping us load it, return our original trailer, AND even offering us rides in the process. When all was said and done the time he spent versus the compensation he required were widely disproportionate. I can't stress enough how good and kindhearted of a guy Chuck is. If I could afford it, every time I had an automotive issue I would fly him to wherever I was, put him up in the nicest hotel, pay for every meal, and all his time and work -- and it would be worth every red cent.”
