“We were having trouble with our Lexus in between Bryce and Zion NP on Saturday and were very worried about being stranded. We tried calling mobile mechanics but no help. On Monday morning we just drove to Cedar city hoping that someone would help, we drove straight to Ernesto. he understood our situation and quickly diagnosed that it was a case of a bad water pump and leaking coolant. He offered to take our car and fixed it by the evening. He didn’t take advantage of our situation or charge extra and provided the best service. (Even our regular mechanics in our city in past 25 years have not taken a walk in like that)

“While on a trip to Utah, my windshield wiper blade started falling apart at the worst time possible, during a rainstorm. Luckily Cedar City was close by, so I stopped by this store and the young lady at the counter helped me find the compatible replacement.
I wasn't familiar with changing out my BMW's wipers with the adapters on the new blades, but an employee by the name of Rilee came out to help.

“These guys do great work, I came in here with a Mazda RX-8 with broken door handle. They had the part shipped in, repainted and on my car within a couple days. As a college student who doesn’t have an insane amount of money to spend on fixing his car their prices were very reasonable. To top this all off the door handle works and looks like new.”

“I can’t give enough stars! Or say enough good things about Chris and his team.
I had a horrible experience at Cascade collision. They over charged me, did a terrible job on a repaint of my tailgate and changed my price on 4 occasions between two visits.
I brought my truck to Cedar City Collision Center instead of dealing with the unprofessionalism at Cascade Collision. Chris and his team were very understanding and sympathetic to the situation I had dealt with at Cascade collision. Not only did they fix my tailgate to the best it could be. Chris discounted the price as much as he could to help me since I was paying for the same job twice in order to fix cascade collisions screw up.
Chris’s team was very knowledgeable, polite and professional the entire way through. They had great communication of what needed to be done and set proper expectations that they met every time during the repair process. Save your self the hassle of shopping around and just come to cedar city collision center. It will be worth it in the end. Learn from my mistake and don’t go to Cascade collision center. Chris also painted my fender flares at the same time that came out amazing. Highly recommend Cedar City Collision Center.”

Unfortunately the labels I received were not large enough for the letter spaces they are made to go in on a grill. 1st thing i liked, when i called i got to speak to a PERSON quickly. 2nd thing, that person was ver knowledgeable of their systems and was able to identify my order quickly. 3rd thing, the person that took my call was very understanding of the issue and provided me with the info i needed to return or replace the item. While it may not have worked out this time with my order, because of their excellent customer service and communication I will be ordering different products from them while I am in long build of an old truck”

“Best service we’ve ever experienced with our camper van! Oscar and Christine put up with us for over a week while they worked hard on fixing our Promaster van after we hit a deer on the start of our 2 month cross country road trip. The tow company recommended we bring it here and it didn’t disappoint. The deer damaged our radiator, AC compressor, hood, bumper, and grille and they worked as quick as possible over a Thanksgiving week to get us back on the road. They are truly so nice and very responsive. 10/10 recommend!”
