“MACU recently updated their system and the result was a combining of shared accounts that were once separated by account number, but are now combined based on social security number.
As much as the teller tried to correct the situation, she was hindered by the restrictions within new updates and was unable to return the accounts to their original settings.
UPDATE: we received a call from Brandon who walked us through the new transaction and alert settings that we were having trouble navigating. Brandon was concerned about our issue and was able to correct it. I give Brandon and MACU credit for taking the time to reach out to us, great customer service!”
“Chartway Credit Union is the absolute best! I've banked with several institutions and nobody reaches the level of customer service and professionalism of everybody at Chartway Credit Union. I have never had a bad experience and you won't either. I got tired of the fees and being charged a little bit here a little bit there. It all adds up. With Chartway I don't have to worry about those issues. So glad I made the switch!”
“I’ve been banking here for over a decade and have had nothing but good things to say about them. Always fast,friendly service. Only gripe is their ATM is from the 1960’s pretty sure it uses dial up internet.”

rarely the case with the Main St. branch, but the Royal Hunte Drive branch seems to be more heavily patronized-- location,

“We had to meet Friday with Erica concerning our accounts. She is a lovely person and helped us with our accounts. She even straightened out things that needed to be straightened out. She's a very upbeat person and makes you feel very comfortable. She is probably one of the best bankers I have been to. We have been to a US Bank out of state and the service was nothing like she gave us. I also met Katie and she was very nice and gave us a lot of good information. I am going to look forward to dealing with erica. Erica gives true customer service and above all values you as a client. ??☺️ I wish all banks would have employees like Erica, who is competent, friendly and trustworthy.”
“I can't imagine this bank not being one of the better banks out there. They make everything convenient. Maybe things will change? But I've been banking with them for years and years. So if it's going to happen, if they're going to be monsters, I wish they would hurry. Otherwise, I'll just keep banking with them”

“I just went into Wells Fargo in cedar City and Savannah gave the best professional service I have had it a long time in a Wells fargo. The other day I was inside and she gave professional services well along with another lady who I cannot remember her name. This is a very nice Wells fargo. Many of the Wells Fargo do not give customer service like this one. I was kind of shocked to have such friendly service and meet such nice people. Kudos to this Bank of Wells Fargo I wish they were all this way ☺️”

“We absolutely love America First Credit Union. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that Cedar City really needs a full-service branch rather than just a location inside a grocery store. Cedar City is growing rapidly, and every time I visit there is a long line for the tellers. It can also be difficult when I have my kids with me since there is no drive-through option.
Please consider opening a dedicated branch in Cedar City so members can more conveniently take care of their banking needs. We appreciate everything America First does and would love to see expanded services in our community.
