Bruce started in the Water Treatment business in Los Angeles in 1986 in commercial and municiple applications, giving him over 30 years experience.     Doesn't follow through. Let my filters get so plugged up they weren't filtering anything. Never showed up after leaking water softner was reported. Not sure what happened to him, he used to be pretty good.
