“This is my first time using 360 detail. They did an awesome job on detailing the outside of my suburban and getting a large damaged area on my hood completely off. They were all nice and professional. I plan on using them again in the future!”

“The dog wash is excellent. Convenient, affordable. Great way to wash large dogs especially since short tie downs are provided. Lots of shampoo, rinsing, and drying options.”

“As I arrived in Cedar after a long 7 hour drive thru peak spring bug season, I found this gem of a car wash. Price was fair and two guys sprayed and pre-scrubbed my grill and windshield. The Wash itself did a fabulous job of getting my car squeaky clean. I didn't mind doing the rest myself. They provide towels, spray, air compressor etc. The vacuum was meh but everything else was so perfect I didn't mind. Plus...bonus!! I got out of my car and moved around, something we all need more of :)Compared to car washes in Ca this place was five stars. Not only would the towels and windows spray get stolen before a customer could use them but you would never get handed a fresh fragrant towel to wipe down the inside of your car. Be grateful people, there's way worse in the world!”

“Nolan, over at the Cedar City location in the Providence Center, is by far the most suited individual for a management position I’ve met in a long time. We had an incident with a license plate cover, which I have made known I over reacted about. He went above and beyond service policy to keep us as customers and for that I am thankful. He not only understood the frustration on our end but more so the principal of the matter. Nolan solved the issue by going above and beyond what he should ever have to deal with all while remaining neutral on the matter between customers and corporate. His communication and means of de escalation were always stand up and respectful through the entire process. Again I apologize for the reaction and I appreciate the hard work you put in to resolve the issue, Thanks Nolan! ?”

Why is Jim not the Manager!?I recently visited Raindance, a laundry service company, and had an encounter with one of their employees, Jim. Unfortunately, I was not in the best state of mind at that time due to my financial stress, and it led me to act rudely during the interaction.As I approached Jim, I was hoping for a refund on the money I had spent on washing my clothes. I had utilized the laundry service with extra options, which amounted to a considerable sum. Feeling overwhelmed, I expressed my frustration to Jim, expecting him to grant me the refund as I had mistakenly canceled the washing cycle.However, Jim calmly explained to me that, as a laundry service company, they were not able to provide refunds in such situations. He pointed out that once the washing cycle had started, they couldn't stop it midway without incurring losses, as the machines use energy and resources. Although I was still upset and struggling with my financial situation, I eventually understood the reasoning behind their policy.Throughout the conversation, Jim remained composed and maintained a high level of professionalism. Despite my initial rudeness, he never lost his cool and instead tried his best to provide me with a clear explanation of the company's policy. He handled the situation with grace and patience, which I appreciate, given my emotional state at the time.Upon reflection, I realized that there might be room for improvement on the part of management. While I had misunderstood the situation, it occurred to me that clearer instructions or signage could be put in place to inform customers about the laundry machines' functionality and the policy regarding refunds.In conclusion, my encounter with Jim at Raindance was a valuable learning experience for me. I now recognize the importance of remaining composed and respectful even when facing personal challenges. Jim's professionalism and calm demeanor were commendable, and I have gained a deeper appreciation for the complexities of running a laundry service. Raindance should be proud to have such a dedicated and patient employee on their team.”

“The automatic car wash is by far the best in town. The bay is kind of small and my truck is huge but all I have to do is fold my mirrors in, and pull forward till it says back up, then back up till the back up light says to stop and it will even go past my trailer hitch.”
