I don't understand why these pumps don't have receipts printed out.
The whole purpose of paying at the pump is not to go inside the store and deal with the clerks.

Malfunctioning pumps. I put in my rewards number to get the $1 off per gallon. After I put in my number, I tried to use my card and it told me to go inside. I told the cashier, who was very nice, to put $15 on the pump. However when I went outside the price was back to the regular price. I asked the lady inside if we could put the $1 off back on, and she said no. Ended up leaving with only half a tank of gas. The attendant was nice, and I don't think there is anything more she could have done.

I just went to this Chevron station to put air in my tires. Put 6 quarters in, but no air. Went inside and explained the situation, and was given a card to use. But unfortunately, the card didn’t work either. When I was at my car with the card, a Chevron worker let go of a green wagon and it ran into my left front bumper, leaving a scratch. She denied that the scratch was caused by her wagon. We were both there when it happened. I went back inside and asked to speak to the manager, whose name is Candace. She patiently heard me out as I explained about the 6 quarters and the scratch on the car. She apologized and said there was nothing she would do. She said I needed to call the phone number on the air machine and take it up with them. And nothing about the scratch on the car. That was it.Is this where we are with customer service? It was a terrible experience, to say the least. I don’t quite know what to do at this point. Boycott the station? Someone in management should know better than dismissing something like this out of hand.
