This is the best Chipotle in Utah. I have been to nearly every one, and over the years have decided Chipotle wasn't for me, but today I was needing food and this one provided. The staff is kind and gave generous portions. The cooks made delicious, tender meat (I tried three kinds, all perfect!) and fresh veggies with everything seasoned professionally. I am so grateful I gave Chipotle another chance and will come here again whenever I'm in town!

Food was great and they didn't skimp on the amount of food.

I usually really like chipotle but this location doesn’t seem to have enough business to keep the food quality fresh.

Chipotle can be hit or miss on service. This one exceeds in service. Friendly staff made sure I was happy with my order as they prepared it.

Chipotle in cedar city Utah was out of apx 10 items of things to add to meals, some necessary to Mexican meals.

Odd experience, they were out of many things but didn't have any kind of line or many people eating food inside. Expect to spend near a lower end sit down restaurant price for food that's not quite that tier. Carne asada is super good. Rice and beans make the dish a bit dry, even with queso added. Will go back to give them more chances but 15 dollars can go a lot further somewhere better for now.

They were out of cheese, pico, guacamole, corn salsa, sour cream and half of their sodas. You serious? As we are sitting down we look over and see food being made with all of those ingredients in the take out line. I asked for some guac and a cheese quesadilla for my 5 year old and they said no we are out of those for dine in!?!? I said the cheese is 5 feet away, I can’t buy a quesadilla for my child? Angela snaps at me “next time order online” and walks away. Wow. I can understand if a truck missed a delivery and you are out of an ingredient or two, but to have them in the take out line and not let people have them that are dining in is wild. Also, it was 7:00pm on a Wed not like we got there end of the night on a busy weekend night.

Other than the rice in our food (poorly cooked and crunchy. Who eats crunchy rice? It wasn't like that when we last ate there a month ago.), everything else was good. Also, it would be nice if the preparer let us know ahead of time that what he is offering will be an extra cost item. Just saying, seems a little dishonest.

We stopped at the Cedar City Chipotle twice last week. Both times the servers were wonderful. The food was delicious. I think this is my favorite Chipotle location. My husband needs gluten free because of celiac; he informed the staff and they very graciously prepared a perfect rice bowl for him. There is always a risk of contamination, however, these employees did their best to keep his order safe. We interacted with three different employees and each was polite and cheerful. We were on a road trip and stopped here the first time because we were tired and hungry and it was convenient.Four days later we traveled home and we intentionally timed our drive to coincide with dinner at Chipotle.

I used to go to Chipotle all the time on other cities. This one had no atmosphere no buzzing of patrons, it was incredibly depressing. The servers intentionally short you on what goes in the burrito, the sizes here are at least 30% smaller than any other burrito at any other Chipotle I've been too.

Chipotle has just decrease in their quality and quantity of food lately. Ordered two burritos and they look Iike kid size. Extremely small with little fillings inside. Gone are the days you’d get a massive burrito stuffed with so much food that it can last you two meals or more. Restaurant was poorly kept around 9 PM. Trash every where, no napkins in the dispensers, tables were all dirty with food crumbs, trash and food crumbs all over the floor and trash cans were overflowing with trash.

Rice hard. Undercooked most likely. I think they went out of their way to make me the smallest burrito ever. Usually Chipotle goes the extra 25¢ and serves plenty of rice and beans. All across the country, authentic Mexican is becoming less expensive and better food than the American competition.

I had never been there before and it was great there were like 3 people there so I didn't have to wait I got to watch them make my food and the staff was very friendly.

Super clean. Really, SUPER clean. Normally, I avoid going into fast food places, because they are always dirty. But this place squeaked, figuratively, when we walked in. The food was fresh, as with all Chipoltes. Definitely, if you're passing through Cedar City around lunchtime, stop in. We certainly will.

No sour cream, pico, chicken, steak, or cheese. I’m paying the same amount for half of the food I would get at any other Chipotle. Also all out of Coke.
