I was told if I traded my phone in I would get a credit, and then could pay the balance in 30 days.That did not happen they took my old phone and had to pay full price for the new one, no credit was given. I contacted customer service several times and they were no help. They were suppose to get back to me and haven't. Under UT law this is theft by deception

Was told I would get $200 for old phone and never got it. Verizon doesn't seem as good as AT&T with the reception. I'll be switching back eventually.

The service was borderline mediocre. On top of that, we couldn't order the phone we wanted because a newer more expensive model just released and that's the only one available, even though the cheaper older model was the one on display. And the sales agent kept trying to sell us more expensive phones. Just overall not a great experience.

Angel saved my mom's day. My mom is in her 70's and was having some text issues with her phone. After talking to a newer employee initially, we talked to Angel who was able to fairly quickly help us figure out the problem. Angel also talked TO my mom instead of to me (being younger), which is a common occurrence with older people. Thanks, Angel.

Honestly the whole process is a nightmare. We were in the store for over 3 hours.BUT. The customer service was great. Our helper Ali went above and beyond for us. We left satisfied - albeit hungry and exhausted by the end of it all.

We needed to replace two phones on our plan and the staff were extremely helpful in the process. They had the phones we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something different. When it came time to transfer our data, we left our phones and ran errands. When we returned everything was done, we didn’t lose any data or contacts. With trade in promotions we essentially got two new phones for the price of half a phone. We paid our bill and left very happy with the value, customer care and continued reliable phone service.
