    Dee was awesome and cleaned a car for us last minute. A minivan came in last minute and she was able to rent it to us quickly.

    How is it that we made a confirmation in July, to come up to this location with NOBODY here. We called multiple times in advance as our flight was delayed 15 minutes. Nobody picked up. We still got here before their closing time, and no one is here. We already paid for the rental.

    Ridiculous open at 10:30 a.m. close at 11:30 a.m. for 1 hour I didn't even have a chance to call a uber to get myself there so I can rent a car
