“Flowers were beautiful which makes up for where this company lags behind. A website would make ordering much more efficient and effective. I don’t live here so I had to call to make the order. Due to a communication barrier my order was not delivered when I thought it would be so I created other means to get it done. It created more stress than I wanted to deal with. You can tell this company cares about what they do and their product shows but they could make some much needed improvements to get up to speed.”

“I had a 'last minute' thought to send our daughter flowers for Valentines Day. When I called this shop they were very accommodating, and assured me they would get flowers to my daughter before the end of the day! Even though there was a severe snow storm and it was very challenging for the delivery drivers in Cedar City.... they worked late and delivered my daughters flowers the same day! Reba was very sweet and compassionate, and went above and beyond. When my daughter sent me a picture of the floral arrangement it was beautiful and just what I hoped for. Thank you for your excellent customer service and care! Highly recommend ;)”
