I will never go back. I took my F-150 in for a vibration. They said everything was good except exhaust manifolds and a fuel pressure sensor. I went elsewhere and had the transmission serviced and the other shop saved some of the fluid for me to look at and it was black and smelled like it was on fire it was so burnt. That was after Cedar City Ford told me the fluid was not burnt. Then I went to St. George Ford to have the vibration looked into further. The driveshaft had so much slop in it that it was vibrating. They replaced the driveshaft and all was well. So bottom line is it seems that Cedar City Ford has incompetent techs so I wouldn’t recommend anyone take there vehicles here.

Pretty terrible service. I had a nightmare of an experience getting shocks replaced in my F150 Raptor a year ago, service managers quitting, techs quitting and nobody available to work on my truck. They told me that “nobody wanted to lay on the ground to fix it”. Finally got my truck back about a month and half later, with the shocks rattling. I drove it around (as it drove fine) until I could find time to take it to ANOTHER mechanic in St George and they found a big bolt that was left in the splash gaurd, that didn’t go to anything on my truck. Took the invoice to Cedar Ford and the current service managers said “he can’t justify reimbursing me” since it’s been so long. This was their chance to make it right to make up for the nightmare scenario that happened, and they failed to do so. It was a $190 diagnosis fee from St G on a $5,000 job.

I have never once had a good experience here. They have kept my car overnight multiple times without letting me know. They never do my car the same day as my appointment is. They were supposed to order a seat part for my car ended up with a headlight and didn’t know until they took my car apart. Then after receiving the right part they didn’t even fix my car or change my oil, but claimed to. Worst customer service ever!! They have no respect for anyone’s time. Not worth it take your car literally anywhere else!

Braxton and Andrea were incredibly serviceable, empathetic and professional. We were in town traveling and had a transmission leak and even though they had a booked-out day, still found time to do a quick diag and fix of our Lincoln and get us back out on the road with peace of mind. SO GLAD these two were working here today!!!

Service department is very poor, even by auto dealership standards. An appointment means nothing. Once they have your car, there is no communication. Went in for a front end alignment, we found out after 6 hours that the alignment person wasn't working today, so they were going to have someone else trying to do it, but they were having trouble just getting started. Told us if they couldn't get it done they'd work on it another day. Complained at us for being upset at their lack of work and the inordinate time to do a simple scheduled job. No confidence in them,, we won't be back

Never answer phone calls or online service requests. Clearly don’t appreciate customers. They also “lost” my car once which forced me to cancel an appointment and be stuck there for over 6 hours where nobody could tell me what’s going on. Staff is completely incompetent and I can’t wait to sell my Ford so I don’t have to go there again.
The cherry on top: the staff doesn’t lock the restroom when inside. Be excited to see some naked bums while you are there.

Bradley was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. They took us immediately for oil change although they had 3 cars in front and it last just 1 hour for closing time. Everybody had a great attitude and the customer lounge was amazing! With coffee, refreshments, pop corn, TV…great service, great prices and great people :) thank you so much! We will definitely would go back!

I can not say enough good things about Cedar City Ford Lincoln, We were on our way back to Idaho when our 2019 Lincoln Nautalus blew a head gasket and we were stranded along side the road. We contacted a towing company through roadside assisance which was just the start of a very good experience and were towed to this dealership. We were told that it would be a minimum of Two weeks before we would get our car back and we were fine with that as we knew that we could rent a car and be on our way, unfortunately there were no rental cars available that day so the dealerdhip loaned us a 2022 Lincoln Aviator to get around town. We ended up spending the night and were hopeful we'd get a rental the next day. When we found out that we were not going to get a rental the next day due to the volume of people renting vehicles for the weekend we made an executive decission and ended up purchasing a new car, the Lincoln Aviator. Everyone at the dealership were so kind and helpful, from Kary in the service Dept. to Josh and Shae and the entire sales staff. We would recommend traveling the distance just to experience such wonderful people doing a fantastic job. Steve & Dawn King

Do not service your vehicle here. Recall on my Expedition for leaking brake fluid. Called months ago and they were waiting on parts. Secretary said she'd call when they were in. Waited and waited. Finally stopped in, and she says, "Oh, we've had these parts for awhile! I guess I apologize for not calling you." Red flag number one. Take my vehicle in, and they say it'll take an hour and they'll call when it's done. 2.5 hours later, I call them and the secretary says, "Oh yeah you're vehicles been done!" Red flag number two. Woke up the next morning, backed my vehicle out, and there is a huge puddle of brake fluid under it! It never leaked before taking it in, and now it's leaking brake fluid which is exactly what the recall and their fix was supposed to prevent! Big red flag number 3! Now I'm back at the dealership while they try to fix what they did wrong and have no faith that it'll be correct when I get it back. I was warned about this service department by multiple people beforehand and have seen horrible reviews. Avoid it at all costs if you can!
