Such a great small business to support! The employees working and the owner are always so nice and patient. I called five minutes before closing and he told me to just come in and they would help. They were able to scan my return QR codes for both FedEx and USPS with no problem at all. One of the QR codes wasn’t working, but I was able to just get the label and email it to them and they printed it out for me!
I so appreciate having the option to ship UPS, USPS, and FedEx all from one convenient location where you’re treated like a person and not an inconvenience!

I called to receive help with a missing package. Joseph (I believe that was his name), was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me figure out the next steps and file a claim. I greatly appreciate his help and his excellent customer service skills.

Worst place ever!!! The 2 gentleman were friendly but Fedex sent me to this place that's supposed to be an authorized Fedex location but in the year 2025 their computer doesn't scan the QR code, then they had me email the photo of the label and that didn't work so I got frustrated and left!!! If you are NOT a Fedex location take it off your sign or update your computer system!!! One guy said go down to St. George, that totally defeats the purpose of being an authorized Fedex location. Oh year and also in the year 2025, they don't accept credit cards less than $1, I own a business way smaller and we take debit cards for less than $1.

The lady who helped me was extremely kind and efficient. I took a sucker and she offered to take my wrapper 😂 thanks to the lady in the wizard of Oz shirt!

Great staff, always so helpful, and a pleasure to work with! Rarely ever have to wait in lines! It’s easy to send mail, especially when you’re already in the system!

Love Goin’ Postal, but they closed early on Friday, August 2nd, 2024. I was there at 5:20pm and their hours are posted to stay open until 6pm.
Thank you for the explanation. I would recommend posting a note in the future if you close early. This may eliminate confusion or frustration from customers. I made a special trip from across town to find out you were closed early.

I love this place! A weird thing to say about a postal business, I know, but they offer excellent customer service. I have all of my packages delivered here when I'm in town, and it's always a pleasant experience. They get all of my postal business, and it's always gone smoothly and been affordable. I'm so grateful they're here!
