“I brought my Remington 870 here to see if they could help me with a bead sight that had fallen off. Blaine looked at it and told me what size to order from Brownells and when I asked what I owed for time he said nothing. I received the new bead and took the barrel in to see why I was having trouble as it was the right part. I asked him if he could possibly retap and he took 5 or so minutes to look close. Afterwards he told me he could do some work to it but it would probably cause another issue with the barrel. I was appreciative of the honesty in a day and age when lots of folks will try to make a buck regardless of possible outcome. They once again wanted nothing for the time however. This is definitely a place I will go to first in the future with any firearms issues. Professional, friendly and honest.”

James is a big dude and I gotta admit I thought I was in for a macho show down with my lack of knowledge of pew pews, but that was not the case. Both James and Chase were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and took the time, with patience, to answer my questions knowing full well I wasn't going to make the purchase there on the spot.
