Went in too get rv hose says online in stock. Gimp the whole store with wife and family couldn't find them. Ask the supervisor where they are pointed down and too left found nothing, then ask cashier too take me too them they said aisle 7 found nothing. Go too check out supervisor starts arguing with me from cash register thru talking with manager which allowed it too continue. Top this all off I'm a disabled marine told should of died and stuck in a wheelchair, so I'm a fighter only get so long on a cane going thru the store. I wouldn't suggest shopping here.

I live in Saint George and went to purchase a Brauer Vacuum, the largest and most powerful. The Washington store didn’t have the vacuum in stock, Cedar City had the model I needed. The clerk told me she could order the vacuum and have it on the following Monday. Here’s where the problem began. I had a 20% coupon that Harbor Freight wouldn’t honor if the vacuum came on Monday. I said I’ll pay for the vacuum that day and just pick it up on Monday. The response, we can’t do that. As a result, I had to drive to Cedar City to get the vacuum and 20% discount. Cost me a quarter tank of gas. Not sure who came up with policy. I’ve spent a lot of money over the last several years at Harbor Freight. Figure it out or I’m done with Harbor Freight.

Kind outgoing people that work there. Great place for tools that you need For a couple of jobs expect a few of the tools to break, but if you buy the one or two year warranty, you can bring it back if it breaks and return it for a new one!!

Harbor freight has any tool that you may need. I do question the quality of their tools,however. If its a one time job and a tool that you "got to have" , then harbor is the place to go
