“We stayed at the Big Yellow Inn over the weekend, and it was an absolute delight. This place is a total hidden gem! The inn itself is a stunning historic mansion that is incredibly charming and photogenic. The atmosphere inside is so cozy and inviting, filled with beautiful antiques and thoughtful touches in every room.
The service was truly top-notch. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel more like family friends than just guests. I also have to mention the breakfast—it was delicious, hearty, and clearly made with care. As for the location, it’s perfect. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still within walking distance of the university and downtown Cedar City. If you’re looking for a home away from home with character and soul rather than a cookie-cutter hotel, this is the place to be.”

“This is a fabulous hotel. Very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are great, and we heard no noise at all at night. I want to point out the breakfast. My husband and I have been to so many different hotels and this is definitely the best breakfast that I have ever had.And it's not just that the food was good.It's that it was immaculate, everything was refilled and the employees, Dustin and Alicia, , were very courteous, asking if we need anything and busy the entire time we were there. Reorganizing restocking wiping tables. There wasn't a single thing that was spilled, not even one tiny bit of waffle batter, because after the guest was finished with it, one would go over there immediately and clean it. I was impressed and I told them so. I love seeing that there are still people in the world with a strong work ethic. Dustin also told me that he gets here at four o'clock in the morning, also! The price was very reasonable, and I definitely recommend this hotel.The only downside is at the elevator just broke. One of the housekeeping staff told me that the other one kept breaking over and over again, and now they are both out, and we are on the fourth floor.
Ugh. But that doesn't take away from the extraordinary quality of service. As I was leaving, I mentioned this to the maintenance person at the front desk, and he explained to me that there was nothing they could do, but also offered to help us carry our bags down the floor flights of stairs. So courteous. This team is doing a great job..”

“Great location. We stayed in the RV park on site and it is a great little place. We stayed here on our way to Idaho and a week later stayed on our way back to AZ. Check in at the hotel was easy and the staff is great. RV sites don’t include the free Bkfst but it can be had for 10.00. Clean , level sites with full hookups and with lots of shade.
We will definitely stay here again !”

“My experience with the hotel so far has been the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. It remains to be wonderful in every way. The food is always well prepared and presented. I love the way that certain items on the menu are changed on a weekly basis with salads being just one of them. Today’s offerings also worth noting were the Belgium waffles with a mixed berry compote. Fabulous. The staff are always kind, considerate and polite. Guests who join in this experience should be more understanding of others in this industry. This hotel does a remarkable job with this endeavor, always. Thank you.”

“Basic, no frills motel. We had a couple issues but nothing too extreme. The staff was incredible and offered reasonable solutions to any issue we encountered.
Location was quiet. Cleaner than expected for an older place at a low price.
Fresh coffee was offered each morning.”

“Last time I stayed here it was awful do to the management well lucky me there is a new manager and she is running a great crew and the super nice friendly lady at the front desk Angie has been an angel during my stay. I went from thinking of this place being the worst in cedar. But now I wouldn't stay anywhere else thanks guys for the great stay”
