I love this Jiffy Lube, they always take care of me! I appreciate their knowledge and thoughtfulness, as well as the level 10 customer service they provide every time. Shout out to Tate for somehow always being there to take care of my car’s needs, and for making recommendations on how I can make sure I’m keeping my vehicle safe for the road. Appreciate you guys!!

We had some a/c issues while in town for summer games, they were able to get on it immediately. 15 minutes later they called to say it was fine and worked great once they pulled it in! Oscar was clear, honest and awesome to work with. I've had places take advantage of the situation and still charge us saying they had fixed the issue! These guys were honest and we were VERY thankful! Thank you Oscar and crew!

Asked if they can do any service related to spark plugs and was told yes. Waited 45 minutes for a service tech to actually tell me they can’t service the spark plugs on my car.

Really fantastic, A+ service. We went to get our car serviced and they not only took care of everything in less than 30 minutes, but they also helped us reattach our bumper wrapping from where it had previously fallen off (several weeks/months prior). They didn’t have the right parts so told us where to go, who to talk to, etc. All around fantastic service.
