Never buy from Cedar City! Poor service, price and quality. Prices are outrageous. Perhaps this is due to giving "broker fees" to unethical builders (that they know are unethical). If you have a builder, you have no rights or say so as an owner with this company. Customer Service does not respond or listen (until the owner of the company is called). No satisfactory resolution was found for us, and we ended up with nearly 12,000 dollars worth of products that do not fit and we did not want. We are suing in small claims court to try to recoup the money.
We got some extremely high priced custom windows from Jones Paint and Glass (we learned after the fact they were overpriced). If you have a builder using them, beware! We would never use them again.
We got better quality doors for less than half the price from another vendor. We also had better delivery time.

This is the third glazing project I have had Jones Paint and Glass complete in the last few months. Today they installed a mirror in our gym/spa area. I’ve been very impressed with their professionalism and reliability, which is not easy to come by these days. Mario and BethAnn are a tremendous team and work together seamlessly to complete the projects in a timely, highly competent manner. They wore shoe covers and were respectful in our home. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

We ordered a shower door thru Jones and was very happy with the customer service we received from Tracy. She emailed us a picture of the exact door. Lead time should have been approx 3 weeks. We had the door installed in a 1 1/2 weeks. The installers were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you all, I would highly recommend using this company.

So glad I went here. I needed some questions asked and couldn’t find any help at their competitors. Just stopped by to check things out and Chandler was a big help, answered all my questions and more. DYIs can be overwhelming to me as I don’t do this line of work so having Jones paint near by is a huge plus!!! Thanks Chandler.

Very pleased with the quality of work done by Mario, Mike, Zach and BethAnn. They installed 14 windows in our cabin in a single day. I'll definitely hire them again if necessary (and the cash discount for materials helped too!)

Jones Paint & Glass is the best store to go to for any paint project. They stand behind their products. Chandler went above and beyond to help us. We had a challenging project and Chandler helped us with all our questions, gave great recommendations and went out of his way to ensure our vision was fulfilled. He and Kaylen even came to our house several times to help us with creating our shuffleboard court. It has turned out amazing! We are so grateful to Chandler, Kaylen and Jones. Thank you. This is the best window place I have ever dealt with. They care about their customers. I was recently diagnosed with cancer. I was going to have to cancel my order due to treatment cost. Jones Paint & Glass took care of me. They made sure I got my window and helped me pay for it. If you need windows you should definitely call Jones Paint & Glass.

Jones Paint & Glass have the best customer service! We had a window break during the floods in august & they were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. Their entire staff communicates well and are easy to work with. Tracy made sure I understood the billing and Tim was able to walk me through the replacement process. Their kindess is unmeasurable.I highly reccomend Jones Paint & Glass!
