Got kicked out of the parking lot waiting by where the trash cans are for my ride the also the employees are very rude and unprofessional I used to go there before they sold it to on the run and has gone downhill since the building is just dirty and once again I’ll say the staff was really unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever!! Was told ice machine wasn't working because they didn't want to fill up the ice machine even though it's part of their job their just being lazy.. was told to get my drinks somewhere else..

I filled up fuel at the gas station at 9 o’clock so I could printed the bill.I went inside and explained.They asked me how much money I wanted for gas?When I poured fuel I asked for bill.They didn’t give me one.When I asked several times, they started yelling.Younger employed told me bad words and swears . The older employees told me “ get out and don’t come back”.I felt terrible! I’ve never had a situation like this. This is last time I entered this gas station!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees are awful, rude, and unprofessional. I’m definitely reporting to the BBB. My dad asked for a receipt. They wouldn’t give it to him, told him to **** off and never come back. Well you brainless humans, of course we won’t. We will be one of those helping you stay out of business. Anyone reading this, spend your money wisely. Do not at this dump.

We stopped to get propane, before the propane closing time at eight. There were multiple people working but they said they were closed. This has happened before at this location. We now always go to the station on 200 but they had an emergency and could not fill our tank and so they sent us to the one on Main.

I always call around 2:30 afternoon to get my food made fresh and be there around 2:45 to pick it up, every time I call or see her in the store even, employee clerk name: Leah, she goes out of her way to Not make my food fresh which I get call to get fresh almost everyday other employees can vouch my truth, yet she, comes up with excuses to Not make the food fresh such as “we’re really busy” but Look online and the store is Not busy when she’s saying it isAll in all RUDE employee customer service and she should be removed because I am a regular customer and to have an ongoing experience as such is not what I look for in people

The worst employee on duty right now. She discriminated against me and told me to leave. On or about 12:30pm on 06/14/22 I went to your drive-up window and there was a sign that said it was closed please some inside. I pulled around and parked in the handicap spot and went in. When I walked through the door, I saw that the girl who was working there looked at me and said she would be right with me, and I said that the widow has a sign that said closed yet you are helping that car. She said again that she would be right with me. I continued to wait and the line inside was getting longer. When she finally came from the drive up, she said that she was the only one there and that there was a line which was false because there was only one car. I stated that the window said closed and she then said that the window was a convenience and not a privilege. She stated this more than once. When I said that she said you can leave and looked behind me and told the man behind me that she could help him. I asked what her name was, and her supervisors name and she said you do not need to know that. I walked out and had to drive to Family Dollar to get what I needed. Not only was your employee very rude she also discriminated against me. I have been going to this place for well over 5 years and have never been treated in such a manner. If you have camera's, you will be able to see everything.

idk if the boss is still the same guy tall bald older gentleman, but is 100% a creep, and a pervert. I've had multiple friends, and my friends kids tell me he has asked if he could rub their feet and that he would pay them. Absolutely disgusting. Pretty sure he was on drugs everytime I've come in as well. Don't get me wrong the rest of the employees are pretty great for the most part. But yeah, u hope they have fired that man. He is the reason me and as lot of my friends and friends kids WILL NOT go in to that KB anymore, we rather spend an extra 3 minutes going to Loves Truck Stop, or The Maverick in the beginning of Enoch across the street from the bowling alley. Enough said..... Smfh
