Receptionist rude and unhelpful. Went in for a blood pressure monitor and was told “this isn’t a store” I have an RX from my doctor and wanted to order a monitor through insurance but she couldn’t have been bothered to help me.

The people at my Lincare in Cedar City, UT. are the best. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the work that they do. I depend on these people to supply my needs.They do a great job. I consider all of them my friends.

Linncare has gone the extra mile for me. I’m in a situation where my medicine needs to be sent to a different address almost every time. They are very patient and accommodating about getting it to me at the right address. I appreciate their kindness.

My issues were finally resolved. Thank you Shannon for finally getting this taken care of.UPDATE 4/14/2021Still have yet to resolve issues. A week or so after the below posted I was contacted by the regional representative for Lincare who stated that she would personally look into my stated issues. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone from Lincare. I again called my insurance today and confirmed that I am indeed being billed improperly by Lincare for services and that Lincare just needs to send over an updated bill to them and they will get it resolved. Hard to resolve it when Lincare refuses to send over the information.In addition, I called their billing office and spoke with Zachary, who then refused to give me any information in order to be able to reference the call with him. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course, no one answered.If you have any ability to use someone else, DON'T USE LINCARE. If I could give anything less than one star, I would.Feb 2021If you have any ability to decide, don't use lincare or at least DO NOT provide a card for them to charge. Wait to get your bill prior to paying. Lincare charged us prior to our insurance even receiving the bill, prior to sending us the bill, prior to us getting our EOB and prior to getting all information from our prescribing physician. I have called them many times to get answers and to get card info removed and am still waiting for answers. Not only that, but the amount billed is 4 times what the machine even costs knowing that they can't collect on the amount billed.

Tammy at Lincare gave me the gift of sleep during my vacation! I forgot a key piece of my CPAP at home, hundreds of miles away. Needless to say, I did not sleep well the first night. I decided to give Lincare a shot, not expecting to find the right part in Cedar City. Lincare had it... and Tammy had it waiting for me to pick up as we swung by! Amazing service!!! Tammy and Lincare delivered and I (and my family) will always be thankful.

Am on vacation and forgot part of my nasal mask at home :-( After a sleepless night at the hotel, scrambled to find a nearby CPAP supply store. Came to Lincare to see if they happened to carry what I needed and they looked everywhere high and low and found exactly what I needed! Thank you so much for helping out! 10/10 customer service and very friendly!

This place was great. My wife’s CPAP mask fell apart the very first night of our vacation. We went to Lincare and Adam set her up even though he had to really search for the size that fit her. And he worked the price around because he only had a discontinued model. Well, the discontinued model fit her much better then the original model she wore. Thumbs up to the exceptional care we received. We had much better service then what we receive from the medical supply in our home town.
