I reported a drunk driver to them the other morning - the guy at the customer service desk made it absolutely clear it wasn't his duty or business - but it's his business to take the publicly drunk person's money, public safety is none of "their concern". Even though the police station is right NEXT DOOR.
Saw them run a red light by Maverik - then cut me off in Lin's parking lot; verbally accosted me as I was walking in with her choice of racial slurs.
The guy at the customer service desk said she had been inside a few minutes before, waiting for Starbucks to open. She needed to sober up.

I would like to start by emphasizing that my experience with the employees at this establishment has been nothing but positive. The staff are professional, courteous, and always go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. However, the true issue lies not with the employees, but with the practices of the suppliers involved.
I have encountered multiple instances where promises made by the suppliers were not only exaggerated but downright misleading. The information provided regarding product availability, quality, and delivery timelines has been consistently inaccurate, leading to unnecessary confusion and frustration. When I reached out to the suppliers for clarification, they offered vague responses or blamed external factors, which only deepened my dissatisfaction.
It's clear that the suppliers' actions are driven by a relentless pursuit of profit, with little regard for customer satisfaction or transparency. Their failure to deliver on their commitments has resulted in significant delays, missed opportunities, and a general sense of disillusionment. What concerns me most is not just the dishonesty, but the greed that seems to underpin their entire operation. It's frustrating to feel like you're being taken advantage of, especially when you're working with a company that you expect to have your best interests at heart.
While the employees continue to provide a great level of service, it's hard to overlook the larger systemic issues stemming from the suppliers' behavior. Until there's a shift in how these partners conduct business—focused on honesty, transparency, and genuine customer care—I cannot recommend this business to others. It's unfortunate, because the potential for success is overshadowed by the actions of those further up the supply chain.

If you are a wheelchair user do NOT use their handicap restroom! If you can get your wheelchair into the bathroom, they’ll be no room for you to turn it around nor is there any room for you to get your wheelchair into the handicap stall. There is no ramp from the sidewalk along the street to the sidewalks in front of the stores. You’ll have to travel good part of that distance in the parking lot with their traffic.
I Often use mobility scooter when I am out and about. I almost got trapped in their so-called handicapped bathroom. It was the smallest worst handicap bathroom That I have seen in a very long time.

This place has a pretty high integrity vibe every time we go here, and we’ve had no problems getting laundry money here too at the American Credit Union when we needed quarters lol. Prices are markedly higher than Walmart, which is the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars, but I suppose it’s a matter of you get the quality you pay for. There are at least a few things here that you can’t get a Walmart and it’s nice for us music nerds that it’s nearby Cedar Music. It also seems to attract less of the… shall we say, less savory crowd the sometimes hangs out in the Walmart parking lot. Oh, and my wife says they have better meat than some other places around here.

Not understanding the giant piles of plastic water bottles left outside in the sun that are for sale. Had them out there all summer. Plastic water bottles left in the sun can be a health risk because the sun can cause the plastic to break down and release chemicals into the water.

Everything was MUCH more expensive compared to other stores for the same items, lackluster produce section, but they had a Starbucks so it smells lovely when you walk in.

Great spot! Great selection, good bargain prices and friendly staff. It was more expensive than going to Albertsons back in the city but the deals and bargains along with the pleasant atmosphere and great staff make it a solid option when you're in Cedar City
