I treat others like I want to be treated, to the best of my emotional maturity. I waited for an opportunity to communicate my needs and concerns. I resisted my impulse to walk away from a ten year relationship.
But this isn't about me. I was listened to and heard. My script is not an easy one to fill without supply mishaps that are not Township's fault. Yeah, it would have been nice to get a warning, but who among us isn't pushed beyond our abilities by the too-comfortably wealthy.? Township has given me the personalized service I needed for a medicine that keeps me alive, and I am grateful.

I should have permit myself see my business is a bother to them. Let me count the ways: the texting refill service I was asked to use--that didn't work. The online refill page their website links to --that doesn't work. Telling me they no longer accept my insurance, because it doesn't pay enough. No longer filling my single most important script after 5 years-- and letting me find out on Good Friday.
This is the doing of the doctor owner of Township and Bullochs Drug. Not the staff. But I don't have a grudge for him. He's trapped in an unforgiving health system -- as we all are.
However, I have to look after myself. After ten years of doing business here, I left. Goodbye Township.
Kyle, Marla, a pharmacist and assistant who I think of as friends. Kyle always has time to answer my pharm Q's and/or suggest cost saving alternatives to my scripts. Marla always takes my call and is super patient looking up my costs. Together they teach me how to make my insurance company work for me. The pharmacy is competitive and often better than Smiths Rx, known to the GoodRx's app as the least expensive supply in Cedar City. They are right next door to Cedar Ridge Family Healthcare (another great medical provider), so it's a breeze to remind my PCPs head nurse to please appease my insurance company's request for prescription justification. And Township pharmacy is just across the street from Inter Mountain Hospital, so when I have to go in for blood work, it's so easy to pickup my meds. Check Township out, you won't be sorry and the wait-to-fill time is most often less than 10 minutes! Compete with that Walmart!!”
