Hated this laundromat. Washer was totally confusing regarding how to select hot water. I couldn't figure it out and didn't see anyone to ask for help. Most dryers have no timer. Totally annoying. Also saw staff with seeming dry cleaning all over floor

It was a little cheaper to not use a credit card. I got quarters. Their machine broke as I was putting money in. After putting three dollars in quarters it stopped registering. I tried using my credit card and it did not work. I tried getting a car wash with a credit card, and it did not work. I swiped a bunch of times before the laundry machine worked. I hope they don’t charge me all the times that I swiped and it did not work: All the other machines were out of order. It was an absolutely frustrating experience.I had $1.75 extra quarters because I got exact change and ended up having to use credit card because the machine ate three dollars worth of quarters. I gave it to the kids to play. The candy machine mike and Ike ate their quarters. The games were all broken. It was very frustrating considering we came here because of the high reviews.

Frickin disgusting. Just went here for the first and last time. Got my clothes out of the dryer and everything smells like cigarettes. We don't smoke cigarettes... And now all my clothes smell like I'm an indoor smoker. Its making me sick. I will NEVER go back here.Edit. Upping to 2 stars since they offered to rewash my clothes, but unfortunately we're 45 min away near duck creek and not able to come back quickly. I also want to note that my dryer door was open when I went to go pick up my things.

Thank you for replying. Please consider my idea, thanks.Jim, first I want to apologize. I'm sorry. To the management. Why is Jim not the Manager!?I recently visited Raindance, a laundry service company, and had an encounter with one of their employees, Jim. Unfortunately, I was not in the best state of mind at that time due to my financial stress, and it led me to act rudely during the interaction. As I approached Jim, I was hoping for a refund on the money I had spent on washing my clothes. I had utilized the laundry service with extra options, which amounted to a considerable sum. Feeling overwhelmed, I expressed my frustration to Jim, expecting him to grant me the refund as I had mistakenly canceled the washing cycle. However, Jim calmly explained to me that, as a laundry service company, they were not able to provide refunds in such situations. He pointed out that once the washing cycle had started, they couldn't stop it midway without incurring losses, as the machines use energy and resources. Although I was still upset and struggling with my financial situation, I eventually understood the reasoning behind their policy.Throughout the conversation, Jim remained composed and maintained a high level of professionalism. Despite my initial rudeness, he never lost his cool and instead tried his best to provide me with a clear explanation of the company's policy. He handled the situation with grace and patience, which I appreciate, given my emotional state at the time.Upon reflection, I realized that there might be room for improvement on the part of management. While I had misunderstood the situation, it occurred to me that clearer instructions or signage could be put in place to inform customers about the laundry machines' functionality and the policy regarding refunds. In conclusion, my encounter with Jim at Raindance was a valuable learning experience for me. I now recognize the importance of remaining composed and respectful even when facing personal challenges. Jim's professionalism and calm demeanor were commendable, and I have gained a deeper appreciation for the complexities of running a laundry service. Raindance should be proud to have such a dedicated and patient employee on their team.

The best laundromat in town. The machines are working & some of the machines are more modern. I would encourage to bring money for quarters as the card reader charges an additional $1.00+. We’ve been all over the country and have never seen that, But whatever. The floor is absolutely filthy, I mean FILTH & no we did not come on a Sunday. I hope the owner or manager reads this as constructive criticism & improves the floor cleanliness or upgrades the floor to something other than carpet as It would greatly improve their ratings and customer satisfaction. Overall I will be back to do my laundry here.

We went here because of the recent good reviews but I would NOT come here again. First of all, there is carpets.. not clean but dirty, with hair.. grass.. dirt.. and who knows what in it. Secondly, there are quarter and card machines. We went here because of the card machines.. There were only a few washers and a handful of dryers that used credit cards. The rest were old coin machines. Which is okay.. BUT the only coin machine in the building was out of service and the coin machine across the way for the carwash was out of order too! I had to drive down the street to get quarters. Lastly, there were no attendants available. Idk if they were off today (Sunday) but if you’re open, I’d assume there should be attendants available.

We've been to many many laundromats as full time rvers....and depend on Your reviews immensely. This place was great. They have these mega machines for ~$18... it was busy when I was there, but super cool. Used some XXL machines as usual, decent prices for cash. First time I've seen an upcharge for CC use, but that's cool, I get it. Used quarters as I had them already. Clothes was cleaned and dried very well.Attendant was constantly cleaning. The place was clean. She was super nice and friendly. Bathroom was clean as well. They also sell abandoned dry cleaning. We'll be back!!!You can clean your ride while you wait for clothes to be done. Consolidate those chores!!Update... went back a 2nd time and was able to use the mega machines....awesome!!!! Thank you for the great options and perfect dryers!

I went here on a Sunday, and I’ve seen all the reviews about how dirty it is and the manager has said that there isn’t any attendants working Sundays. It’s still a good Laundromat. You have to take into consideration the fact that people are messy! I’m sure it’s not fun for them to clean every day after people who don’t clean up after themselves so they deserve a day off. I’ve gone to another place and the dryers sucked, so I appreciate that these ones get hot. Inflation sucks. Not having a washer and dryer sucks. Everyone is still doing their best.

Always impressed! These guys have been taking care of my husbands uniform for years now. Super reliable, consistent quality care. Delivery is always on time, Steve is the best! Thanks Raindance!

Used to a pretty decent place. Today, soap went on very dry and then the brushes started rubbing it in. Very quick rinse, still had dirt streaks on the windshield. The blowers didn't get half the water off. I was driving a work truck, but still. I won't bring it back.

I really wish Yelp would allow people to give 0 stars becuase this place would get ZERO!DISHONEST CROOKS!!They claimeD I dropped off more items than I paid for and then tried to hold my items hostage until I paid the extra amount. When I refused the girl at the counter brought over another employee, both who kept laughing at me for being upset. Then the girl phoned the owner to 'see what to do'. Having the owner on speaker phone, she finally got me all of my items but the owner on the SPeaker phone was also laughing at me and calling me a psycho. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!

I went to Raindance because of their joyful and happy large group of workers show on a movie screen ad @ the Megaplex. They even offer vets discount, I usually go the those places that show respect for the vets that way. Well, it was not so joy or happy there when I took in my wife's slacks. I had to ring the bell a couple time to get someone to the counter. My wife does not like creases in her slacks and does not want them hanging on the bar of a wire hanger and I told the girl exact that and made sure she understood that. Well, guess what I do not think that anyone who did the job even read the instruction since the pants where creased, and hanging on the bar and the did not look like they were cleaned. I told the girl at the counter these are creased and not hanging by pins which were always done by our cleaners in Riverside, CA. Now, here we go again I went in three weeks ago to take in my nice shirt jacket that came from Canada. A bit expensive and one of my favorites. It had some whitist powder on the front and back right shoulder. I took the girl at the counter I wanted a crease in both sleeves and make sure the white stuff gets cleaned. She type my instruction in on the ticket. I went to pick up the jacket a little bit later then the pick up date and what do you think I found....yep no creases, the front still had the white stuff on it and I pointe it out to her. She told me they can redo the cleaning and crease the sleeves just like I showed her where they needed to be. Today I went in and picked up the redo after a week and half just to make sure it was done. At first she had a hard time finding it. I looked at my jacket...NO CREASED AGAIN AND IT WAS A BIT FADED. I showed her no creases again and she said, "Well we usually don't crease jackets" I said louder, "I told you I WANTED CREASES, THAT IS WHY I GAVE IT BACK TO YOU....she said nothing. I then grab the jacket and said a curse word and said : FORGET THE WHOLE THING ANYMORE...even louder. I left the store and I will never go back again....I am going the go to JACKSON CLEANERS INSTEAD WHO CAN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND READ NOTE DIRECTED TO THE PERSON WHO IS CLEANING AND PRESSING.THE END OF THE STORY FROM HELL!

Attempted to use the self wash stalls on a Sunday. Ran my card multiple times. Nothing turned on. Tried all stalls. Attempted to call the number listed for issues. Very nice recorded menu. All options give a dial tone.

Very clean and spacious. Some extra large machines enable washing large items or multiple loads, but it's cheaper to split the wash into multiple smaller machines than to use the big ones. Driers are extra hit, even on medium dry.
