“I was looking for a secure facility to store a few items. I choses Securebox because I called to ask a question about security and access, and the representative was a pleasure to speak with. I asked if I should continue the process on the call or via the website, I was directed to the website and that process was super easy. After completing the rental process I was e-mailed details on the unit and how to enter the Facility. Upon arrival I found the facility to be clean, organized and well marked. PLUS, there was a welcome note and gift inside my unit. Professionalism and great service throughout the process. Thank you.”

“I have been with Big Bens storage for quite sometime and I would like to thank and let the company know that you guys have an amazing person working for you her name is Kayla every time I have called about an issue or something I have talked to her several times and she has helped me in more ways than one and helped me understand things and she's shown compassion and and the way she talks to you and make sure that you understand before getting off the phone call and asks if there's anything else that they can help you with not a whole lot of companies especially moving storages do that and I just want to show my appreciation and just let you guys know you have an amazing person working for you more people need more like her to work for them and it is because of people like her that I love renting Big Ben storage unit”
“I've been a renter for 12 years. I've stored many, and sometimes, all of my belongings in a 10x30 unit. Once I was going away to work for 5 months and kept my van full of tools in my unit. (remove the battery cables if you do that). Since then I have bought and sold many things that needed a temporary home, having the extra storage space has been so wonderful and out of the way. They are priced reasonably. But if I had one ask it would be to install a security key pad inside the security gate to allow for pedestrian exit.
I recommend Fiddler's Storage highly. It's a convenient, clean, and secure, location that has easy access wide isles / lanes so your moving truck or trailers are easily negotiated through. They even have climate controlled areas for heirloom, document, and film storage.”
