Fantastic! Circumstances made it necessary we move from another facility where we have had multiple units for years and years. Surprise, Surprise! Owners of StorRight are the original owners of my previous units which they started 40 or 50 years ago. Highly professional. Friendly, home town atmosphere. Great facility. The price???? All these reviews praise Katie!! Absolutely the best customer service person in the U.S! We had a long haul to do with a 20' U-Haul van. Katie took the time to research the best way to rent it and saved us over $400! I can't say enough about this wonderful lady who really takes care of her customers! Thanks, Katie!!

I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service I received from Katie. I was looking for auto transport trailer and had left message with this company. In the meantime, I proceeded to call other u-haul locations, with the response to my inquiry a simple no. I then received a call back from Katie with Stor Right. She did not have trailer I needed, but then went the extra step to help me find location that had trailer, reserved it for me, fill out all the paperwork that I needed. Unbelievable to get that type of service anymore!

This is a very clean facility with easy access in and out. Not only is there no deposit requirement, but their prices are wonderfully reasonable. Katie is very pleasant and knowledgeable. And the 24/7 access was a huge help with our schedule.
