First I'd like to start by saying I love this company and working Here ?. Second this is more so for our amazing customers. 1. If your bill triples in price 9/10 it's because your promo fell off they only last 2-3 years. 2. If you come into the cedar City location I can help you or my new coworker will be able to help you. Bills can get confusing and this economy is horrible right now. We here at TDS understand that and are more than willing to work with you and help you. ? And as always thank you so much for being a valued TDS customer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We have had TDS service for the last 3 years in Cedar. I work online and have had nothing but problems with their service from the beginning. After reaching out to find out why the service was so bad I was told our house is too big and they sent us 3 wifi boosters. Even with the boosters the service is slow and sporadic at best. This last year my bill tripled with no warning. When I called they said our initial year term was up and our introductory rate was over. It had been well over a year. When I let them know I'd be cancelling they returned us to almost the introductory rate. Finally another provider has come to our area and so today I called to cancel. The person I spoke to asked why I was cancelling and I told her. She then said, "well if you'd like to stay with us I can drop your bill by at least $20 a month!" I'm floored. Why not provide great service at an honest rate and have happy customers? I have never been so happy to leave a company behind.

I would just like to thank Tds for having without a doubt hands down the best customer service I have ever seen! Yes, I've been having problems with my Internet but that's normal because I live in an apartment complex and they are working very hard to fix the problem. But I would like to mention that no matter the problem even if I'm paying a bill, they have been the kindest, the most patient and the most knowledgeable customer service I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. . Whether it's Germayna or Dahlia just two of the girls that I can remember there is been about seven these customer service representatives are very knowledgeable. But more than that they are kind and patient and easy to understand. Even if they are using English as a second language, they are still very easy to Understand. Thank you Tds for the best customer service that I have used. And thank you for working so hard to fix the problem. This is not your fault it's technology, but I appreciate you taking the time to explain the whole thing how it works. So I just want to say thank you for making some thing that kind of aggravating , very pleasant. God bless you . Mrs. Bell

Jessica is so knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help! She made us happy to have TDS as our internet provider! It is so good to know that if we need help, she will be there!

This rating could have easily been a 4 to 5 star rating. I have had no problems with them from the day of installation until now which has been about 3 and a half years. They decided to raise the rates by about 3 times the amount. They were not willing to bend on their price hike. Cancelled the service same day, local competition has better prices and better ratings.

I am very satisfied with the technician who set up my modems for me, he was very professional and concise. He let me know each step of the setup process in detail and was very respectful of my home and space. Justin, Tech 5110 did an awesome job!!

I have had very good interactions with the Cedar City TDS office. I recently interacted with Jessica in the office. She is knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. She hooked me up with a new and better Wifi package. Then David P. the technician (S109) came to hook up new equipment. He is very technologically savvy, courteous, and taught me all I needed to know about the new equipment, app (Eero), and plan. Very fine service from the Cedar City office!

Whenever I contacted TDS, it took about 20 minutes of repeatedly verifying the same information in order to speak to someone. When I finally cancelled around the end of May, I paid what they told me, but they didn't cancel me. I've called numerous times to straighten it out, but they never do. Now they've turned my account over to collections and I'm dumbfounded. I don't think they'd get it fixed if I talked to the company president! Never again!!!

Jessica in Cedar City, Utah has been absolutely amazing!! Awesome customer service on the phone, and super awesome customer service in person at the TDS office. She was fast, professional, knowledgeable and amazingly kind!! A true pleasure!!

People were nice for the most part, and service wasn’t bad. But there were issues that I should warn you about:1. Wifi shut off at times, wouldn’t come on for an hour or unless I tweaked with the router2. I cancelled my subscription, and returned all their equipment at their location. I paid my last months subscription, and asked TDS if there were any other debts or fees I had to pay. They said I was all clear. A month later a debt collection agency contacted me and said I owe money for not paying TDS. TDS was nice to clear the fees after I talked to them in person, but now I have to now work with the debt collection company and play messenger between TDS and the debt agency in order to clear it. It’s been a huge waste of my time.3. I would pay over the phone and next thing I knew I was getting dinged for late fees. Sometimes payments didn’t go through.

Jessica and Spencer saved me in the office! Customer service online made thing difficult, but i went in office and after working hard they really helped me to get what i wanted at a fair price!

Easily the worst experience that I've had with any telecom company, if they promised something it didn't happen plain and simple from start to finish. Use anything but TDS.

I called to let them know I won’t be needing their service anymore. Automated payments were turned off but at the time my balance was paid. I received an email saying I had a balance of $99.90. Checked my mail again to see I now owe $214.26! I can’t even log into my account to see why I was charged that much. I’m not even sure how valid the $99.99 is since I can’t view my account. You’re joking if you think I’m paying that much. The fact that others have had this issue as well just shows how little you would want tds to be your provider. Go somewhere else!
