Service was atrocious. Overall a poor experience. Might have just been that day, but when we feel comfortable enough to try again we will return - until then we will shop elsewhere

This store is dog friendly for very well behaved dogs that are clean and will stay away from clothing, baby items, etc. There is an awesome pet section that always has new things, and very often prices are much cheaper that at pet stores. Name brand and specialty pet items are often available, and often featuring really trendy items. I love taking Homeschool dog students who are in public access training into this store. Staff are so friendly to the dogs. The dense layout of the store may be a challenge for dogs that need space.

I wish I had gotten the manager's name who went out of his way to help me and acted like it was just part of his job. Such customer service is all but extinct. I had a complicated return and the gal at the register had radioed a manager who said there was nothing she could do - she didnt even come to the checkout area. Then, a male manager with a mustache stepped up (possibly he had been listening in on the radio) and started working to find a solution and DID! Amazing what you can do when you try. Thank you to this manager - he should be a trainer for others to follow.
