I tried giving this pharmacy many chances because they are local, but I can’t anymore. The customer service is awful and the workers always seem confused. The drive thru takes forever, and the prescriptions take a long time to fill once they receive it. They overcharge for many prescriptions. Would not recommend.

Such nice people, always fill my prescriptions fast and there's a drive thru!!Located across the street from the hospital, and in the parking lot of many medical offices and still the lines are short and they are very patient!

Negative one star review. People walking in get served WAY before people with a scheduled appointment for a vaccine. You shouldn't have to wait that long when you have an appointment. One employee did have plenty of time to chat with a friend while I had to wait. Bad customer service and attitudes.

I actually really liked Township in the beginning. After time the attitudes changed towards us. My husband was prescribed a medication of 55. I picked it up and when I got home I realized what I was given. 11 full pills missing, and a bunch of broken pieces. I immediately took them back. Before investigating the situation I was basically accused of taking the missing pills out and crushing what was there, they claimed the medication didn’t leave the pharmacy like that and if it’s a manufacturing issue, they need to know. Like maybe that brand evaporates into thin air and crumbles? I’m not one to robb and manipulate a pharmacy. I get it probably happens but before accusing and treating me like a criminal, maybe do your homework. I’m sure there are cameras in that place. This is not the first time we have had issues, but will surely be the last. They must have forgot the time we were given double the medication which were brought back to them. Check and/or count your medication prior to leaving!

Huge shoutout to Pharmacist Kyle, Donna and the Township Team for their sensitive, professional and caring assistance with a traumatic brain injury patient today. What could have been an extremely difficult medical treatment turned into a simple procedure thanks to the staff's professional preparation and sensitivity to the patient (including the Pharmacist's visit to a medical van in the rain to help). Forever grateful.

There is nothing more satisfying to me than to walk into Township pharmacy and have the owner greet me with my first name. But that's just the icing on the cake, everyone of his staff are professional and friendly. Never a long wait, and dealing with me you have to have a great sense of humor, they do. Don't let negativity effect you I am not the first to say this but keep up the great work.

I am so disappointed in the service I continually receive at this location and I will no longer return. The employees are cold and have zero concept of customer service. It is apparent that the only reason they are still in business is because of their adjacent location to the hospital and doctors offices.
