I got my car loaded on a tow behind Dolly in Las Vegas and not only did they configure the dolly tow straps incorrectly but also loaded the vehicle incorrectly causing it to come loose during our travels. I called Bradley and he had me bring it in and was able to rectify the situation and secure the car the way it was originally intended to be. He went out of his way to make sure we were able to continue safely and was very personable. I highly recommend using this Uhaul if you're anywhere near this quaint little town. Thanks Bradley, you're the real MVP !

Shout out to Bradley for helping us rehitch our car to the uhaul trailer. The 1st guys at the vegas Uhaul did a terrible job but Bradley was able to assess the situation and completely resolve it. My car made it safely eith no damages and I felt 10x more comfortable after he did so. My drive was peaceful thanks to him.

Reserved a uhaul trailer 3 days prior to my arrival to Ceder City from Page Arizona. When I arrived to Ceder City 15 minutes before my scheduled time to pick up said trailer they did not have it. Said that is was uhauls fault and they would contact me on what the do. Clearly the individual I talked to on the phone at Nosso auto LLC should or walked 20 feet to make sure it was even on the lot.

Needed a last minute rental, and they were very helpful. Very friendly staff; I would highly recommend them.

I use Uhaul frequently, system wasn't working or they weren't sure how to use it. I would try on of the other local locations.
