Customer service is always on par and the employees are friendly and smiling. They offer a print out for amazon returns. If there's a line it is usually shortened pretty quickly. I've been coming here for over 3 years and have not been disappointed. Keep up the great work!

The service was stellar!!!!!
I literally was in the store for maybe a minute - I had a pre-labeled package to send and an Amazon return that required a scan of qr code. Got my receipt and on my way!

Excellent service at the Cedar City, UT UPS Store! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away. The store was clean, well-organized, and professional. Gabe assisted me with shipping two packages; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. While the shipping cost was $14.40 each, I continue to choose UPS because the quality of service, reliability, and overall experience are well worth it. Highly recommend this location!

Staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. Exactly what you want when picking up or dropping off a package. Five stars is for customer service. However, there needs to be a new store location. The parking lot is terrible and it’s always stressful getting in and out of that location. Way too much traffic for that small little area.

Store staff has always been friendly and willing to help and make recommendations for shipping. Had one glitch with an over night package but it was out of there control. The envelope was picked up and UPS transfer station has a cross on destination. Strongly recommended for any of your shipping needs.

The location isn’t the best it’s hard to find a place to park and leave. But they work very fast especially with this being the only one here.

I went to the UPS store today to ship off a defective phone, there was an associate working I believe her name was Alyssa, she was kind, friendly and patient.
I worked in retail for 19 years and know how important associate and customer interactions are.
