Thoroughly enjoyed my recent experiences with the USBANK branch, especially with Jed and the managerial staff most recently, and with Morgan the previous week, helping me obtain a new debit card after USBANK security identified a suspicious transaction, in which they correctly identified fraud/identity theft. Needless to say, I am a HUGE fan of U,S. BANK !!!

The Cedar City US Bank branch has been home to our business account for our dog training business for years! My favorite thing is the supportive, friendly staff. They feel like family and have watched our company grow. It always brightens my day when I need to go in. They are always happy to accommodate my detailed requests.

I have been with US Bank since I was 19 years old. I have been with them just about 17 years. I promise you, loyalty does not matter!! I am leaving US Bank. They let their computer system reduce my credit card limit in half. It was no longer at 40%, it was at 98% max out. As someone who knows how to raise credit well and quickly, they just screwed up my credit bad. I never thought this would happen to me. I was three days late because the banker who signed me up for my new business account didn’t say that I cannot pay my business credit card on my personal account even though I can see it when I log into my personal account. I kept looking for a bill and I never saw a balance or due date. I finally went into the bank and asked. They said it was due three days ago. That day was the day the other bank, not the one who signed me up, told me about a different log in to pay my bill. I called US Bank and they waved the fee. I haven’t been late for a payment to any one of my accounts in over 11 years. Then I got three letters in the mail two days later saying they reduced my limit. I called and after getting hung up in or dropped calls twice, I talked to a supervisor, 5 hours later, I had to go to class, they told me there is nothing they can do. They didn’t even try. They don’t even care.they will not reverse a computer decision for someone with a great standing and great credit. My credit is now damaged and I am closing my accounts. Be ware of US Bank. They do not care about loyalty!!

Everyone is so friendly and always helpful! I have never waited for more than 2 minutes when needing assistance! I feel they're truly happy to see me and happy to help with my financial needs! I'm thankful they extended their branch hours too!

Everything was fine when I first got started, signing up was fun and smooth, I thought everything was fine. Then I get a notice about a week later, that my address needed to be proven to take a hold off my account. So I did just that. Went into see Tyrell. He takes the hold off my account and again, I think everything is fine and dandy. I woke up at 5 AM this morning to see my account was GONE. No warning, no email, no call, nothing. My money is just gone. I call and it takes 3 people to tell me that my address wasn’t verified (even though I had come in to prove my address) and for that, they deemed my account fraudulent and terminated it. It also took two phone calls to find out that they’d be sending me a cashier’s check to replenish my money that was in the account before it was terminated. I also was told before that call that they had no idea where my money was and it might have gone to collections. That’s so REASSURING TO HEAR FROM A BANK.Andrea was great and super helpful and super apologetic but unfortunately this experience completely deterred me from this branch and I will not be using US Bank’s services again.

Big problem with this Branch being inside a grocery store! The psychology is, you will wind up shopping at Smiths Grocery Store if you bank with this USBank. NO drive through is very inconvenient especially now during COVID-19! I get my groceries curbside so I had to also transfer my prescriptions from Smiths Pharmacy to Walmart so I coukd get free home delivery. I called USBank yesterday to get 2 $10 quarter rolls BUT was told I would have to go inside to sign for them!! My Debit Card & my Photo License I.D should be all that's needed!!
