“From start to finish my experience with this veterinarian hospital/clinic was amazing. Truly exceptional. Front office staff, the Vet Tech, and the Vet himself all made me feel at ease while my puppy was struggling to thrive. It was such a stressful and emotional couple of days and when we knew we needed to take them into the vet this clinic took care of us. When I read the Google reviews, there were a few negative experiences. I am so glad I trusted my gut instinct and listened to all the other five star reviews. This clinic is awesome. I am so grateful to find a clinic that is capable and kind.”

At Cedar Vet Clinic, communication with the staff is excellent; they never make me feel stupid for asking questions. To book an appointment, I simply request one on the website. I can easily add all the details I need or any questions I may have. They always respond surprisingly quickly, and the staff is far more helpful than any office we've gone to before. Amazing staff! They will give you a call if you prefer but I love the text option.

Dr. Johnson is professional yet kind and attentive to our concerns. Unfortunately, my dog had to undergo multiple procedures this year, but I feel confident knowing Dr. Johnson is providing her with excellent care. The prices always seem fair, which I appreciate. The staff also breaks down the bill in detail before the procedure and discusses all likely issues they might encounter.

At discharge, they give me a printout of all relevant information (instructions, blood work, etc.) and a bag with my dog's medication and any other supplies she may need. It's a small detail, but it’s great to have all her instructions and medication in one place. The little details at their office make taking my dogs in straightforward. They think of everything!

I was told to monitor my dog's incision, but if I have concerns, I can send a photo through the app, and Dr. Johnson will review it and get back to us. How simple is that! That’s what I call amazing service. Plus, I don’t have to worry I'm overreacting and end up waiting too long.

The staff appears happy and comfortable in their work environment, which tells me a lot about what a great office Dr. Johnson runs. Amazing environment! The office is a bit far from my house, but I wouldn't switch vets even if it took twice as long to get there.
