One stop shop... there is a Taco Bell, and Clare's inside. Everything from food to clothing, very convenient. Also regular cashiers and self checkouts. I didn't experience any lines yay

Went to this store for groceries as we have weekly for 5 years.Surprise, that have switched to nearly all self checkout. From the time we got into the very long line until we were checked out was 48 minutes. Kudos if this new design was proposed by a competitor. Your idea worked. People were abandoning their carts, ice cream and frozen products were thawing.At one point the store manager walked by and I asked if I could use the employee lounge. When asked why, I explained that if I had to check my goods out like an employee, I should get some perks.The store should have far fewer problems next week when half their customers go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever with a pickup order! NEVER again!I create on Tuesday, 15th 2023 a pickup order at the Walmart in Cedar City, UT, to pickup on Thursday, 17th 2023 between 5 and 6 PM. I got an confirmation for everything.Thursday 17th, I arrive the Walmart at 5 PM and at exact 5 PM I got an email from Walmart: [Quote] Order date: Tue, Aug 15, 2023Order number: xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxWe're sorry - your curbside pickup is delayedHi "Customer",Your curbside pickup won't be ready on time. It should be ready soon, and then we'll let you know when it's time to go to the store. Once your items are ready for pickup, we'll hold them for you until the end of the day.No action is required, but if you'd like, you can reschedule your pickup or cancel. [/Quote]Prior to this, I had tried to add 3 items to my order because Walmart had told me I could still do that, but it didn't work!OK, I went into Walmart to purchase those 3 items. Then I went to the pickup stations and called Walmart because I couldn't "check in" to Walmart via app. An employee came up to me and told me they didn't have an order with my name on it. Even when I told her the order number, she couldn't find anything. From then on it was just stupid excuses and suddenly the order was supposed to be picked up the next day. I was told to go home and come back tomorrow to pick up my order. I said this is a joke! Why don't you pick up my order NOW and give it to me.Blah blah..... the order is for tomorrow. I showed them my confirmation and the mail with the delay, still they can only offer me to come back tomorrow. Pure incompetence!!! They have NEVER tried to help me. NO, from now on only stupid answers confirming their incompetence. The whole thing took almost 1.5 hours! I told them I have never experienced this kind of incompetence.Walmart made a mistake and now these "pickup managers" are not even trying to fix it. What is wrong with these people? I told them cancel my order I will pickup my items myself. NO, I have to call the customer service of Walmart to cancel my order. BUT Walmart will charge you first and than later they will reimburse you the amount. What a bullshit process is this? I never pickup this order but Walmart still withdraw the money from my credit card?!?!Additional when you watch this employees in the pickup zone most of them are not really motivated.

Went here because we had to buy toys for the kids with Grandma...had to! I was looking for a motorized scooter for my mom, but couldn't find one as I guess they were all in use. I even looked in the parking lot and couldn't find one there. That was a bummer because my mom needed one. We pushed on and cruised over to the toy aisle and man oh man every toy had some sort of clearance sticker on it. I wanted to buy all of them because they were so cheap! Not sure what was going on, but the kids were sure happy. They had plenty to chose from and I got to searching for other things. I picked out a tank top and it was super cute and pretty cheap. They had an abundance of items and the store was massive. We got what we needed and went to self-check out. There were plenty of store employees there to help, if needed, and we paid and were on our way.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE BAKERY CAKE ONLY.Bought my niece a white cake for her birthday yesterday at this Wal Mart. The cake was $25+ which was fine for the size. They were very kind and wrote Happy Birthday on the cake for me. My one star is because the cake was terrible. Not one person even finished their slice. The cake was extremely dry, the icing had a strange taste with bad texture and actually wouldn't stick to the cake. It seemed as though ingredients were missing in both the cake and the frosting. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. We've purchased a cake from this store before with no issues, but this one was absolutely terrible. After this purchase we'll probably never buy a cake here again.

I want to say it takes a lot to impress me but I decided to try Walmart Pickup. I do t do a lot if grocery shopping for home in Utah but I do for a business in California.I ordered a large grocery order for pickup last night and scheduled it for pickup today. I was impressed with the communication received on my order. Whoever pulled the order did a perfect job and the young man name of Squire did an excellent job of loading my truck so nothing was damaged.. he totally impressed me as well as a thank you to whoever pulled my order. It would have been a 5 except of the experience of giving an employee a $10. Tip for helping to load my order. She said thank you after trying to sign me up for Walmart plus and left. I found out later no tipping allowed..I would definitely use this process again thanks to the person who Pulled the order and Squire whoLoaded it. I am tough to please but they get a .

This is the worst Walmart I've been to! After the whole COVID bull crap, they can't keep their grocery shelves stocked! So many times I've gone in to do grocery shopping and they are out of items I need. I've turned to shopping at Smith's because they have everything one my list! Thought maybe it was just a Walmart thing and stopped by the Hurricane Walmart, their shelves were stocked beautifully! So, either the Cedar Walmart people just really suck at ordering items and keeping the shelves stocked or Walmart really needs to open a new store on the north side of Cedar to keep up with demand! Either way, after 3 years of their shitty shelves, I'm done shopping here! Not like this will matter to the multi-billion dollar company...
