Arrived at the bank to purchase some currencies which I've done for many years and was told off by one of the managers there when the teller was having difficulty. She made me feel as if I did't know what I was taking about when I've been doing this for over 8 years! I'm done with chase after banking with them for over a decade and taking my business elsewhere.

All of the members of staff at the front desk are happy and helpful. I've never once seen them in a bad mood. I'm a little jealous. I wish I could remember names, but y'all are crushing it!

A branch of a bank seems like a silly thing to leave a rating for, but I’ve had enough bad experiences here that I thought I would help try to steer people away from this particular branch. The customer service here is terrible. The manager can be curt and rude. It’s quite understaffed, resulting in long wait times in line and at drive-through windows. The ATMs are broken. In fact the drive-through ATM was completely removed some months ago. Chase Bank in general has been a good bank for me, but I try to avoid this branch at all costs. Anytime I decide to give it another try (because it is close to my house) I am reminded why I hate going there….

this is NOT a small bank feel. Even the branch phone number goes to their national directory where you have to enter your account number and about 3 other things before they will let the phone ring at the branch. Incredibly frustrating. I would NOT bank here again.

Had a frustrating experience when needing a simple certifying officers signature. The man in charge told me "all chase banks do not offer this service anymore"... went to a different Chase bank and called three other local branches and they all offer this service. Disappointing experience from our local branch!

Scheduled an appointment to show up and they said there are no bankers working that day. 5th time I tried adding my wife to my account. Something they’ve told me over and over is “really simple”

The Customer Service from Patty is alway pleasant. She is passionate about helping and always in good spirits. However Chase needs to get more employees staffed at this branch.5 Starts for Patty2 1/2 may 3 Starts for Chase bank staffing.

Terrible customer service. Was charged a fee. Asked why. I’m guessing the manager jumps in our conversation tells me how I’m not a Customer and tells me how I’m wrong. Love starting Saturday morning off by trying to get money from my company who banks with them. Never once apologized. I had an account with them before but because of terrible customer service, and fees it’s not worth it.

Abandoned small businesses... Been a business client well over a decade and received zero assistance. I was told I needed to make 2MM in deposits annually to really matter to Chase Small Business. I think its funny that the five star reviews are from your employees. Real classy.

I went to this bank multiple times because I work in the area. The drive-thru always took about 30 minutes to assist me with something as simple as depositing money and would cause me to go over my lunch break. If I happened to have time to visit toward the end of the day they went slower. When I would go inside they often treated me in a curtly manner and would do things that gave me the sense I wasn’t welcome. Anytime I tried to ask questions they would refer me to someone else before I even finished my question. When I asked if I could finish my questions without their assumption I was told they would give me the same answer. I am looking forward to ending my business with Chase bank.
