The worst haircut I have ever had. I told her how I wanted it and she completely ignored me by scalping me and did exactly what I told her NOT to do.I think she only knows only one hairstyle and that is a Hitler cut. I honestly believe the haircutters were the worst in the school and can't get a job anywhere else. It's a franchise with absentee owners and no way to contact them, for obvious reasons. DON'T GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!! I have to rate it 1 star because there is no rating lower.

I checked in online and the wait time said 4 minutes—which was perfect, since I was about 4 minutes away. I headed straight there. When I arrived, there was one person ahead of me and two hairdressers working. I figured the wait might be slightly longer than 4 minutes, and that was fine.
One of the hairdressers came over and told me it would be about 10 minutes. That still sounded reasonable, so I stayed. But 20 minutes later, I was still sitting in the waiting area. When I finally got up to leave, one of the hairdressers noticed and said, “I’m almost done.”
Honestly, you should’ve been done 25 minutes ago.
This isn’t about the quality of the haircut—they might be amazing, possibly the best in town. But I’m on a tight schedule. I was told it would be a short wait, and I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes with no update, no acknowledgment, and no clear sense of when I’d actually be seen.
If the wait is 30 minutes, just say it’s 30 minutes. That’s completely fair—I appreciate honesty and transparency. But if you tell someone it’ll be 4 minutes and they’re still sitting there half an hour later without being called up, that’s not okay. Please figure out how to manage and communicate your wait times better.

The worst haircut I’ve ever had at Great Clips! The manager tried to fix it, but it only made it worse. No wonder the other ladies don’t know how to do a haircut! Be careful!

Admittedly, I haven't had someone else cut my hair for a very long time, so I come to the chair with a little skepticism in the first place. My first cut was questionable, some unevenness and rough taper with some ugly spots around the ears. I probably would have marked my experience as 2-3 star based on that; however, Great Clips invited me to come back in if anything wasn't quite right. I showed up for a cleanup and couldn't be happier with the end result. In both situations, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks, Great Clips.

I would recommend Great Clips for a good haircut. I use the check-in on the app and don't usually wait more than 15 minutes.

Went in yesterday to get my undercut a trim. Instead I gotten a buzz cut. I specially told the lady I wanted my undercut to be trim and the top of my hair to be trim less than an inch. She just keep cutting it very weirdly. It looks very boyish and not feminine as I want. Now I have to wait whole year for my hair to go just to get what I wanted. I’m definitely going somewhere else.
