I used to go to both car wash… I love that shinny shell has all the perks to do the extra clean up after going through the wash and you can go through as many times needed. Ie: wash floor mats while you detail, cleaners and rags(don’t abuse), special thanks for that. Air hose to blow out water… and good vacuuming!!! Air fresheners, wipes. It’s great!

They are always out of towels. No one around to help. Drink station is more oft broken or out of syrup than not!

This car wash establishment is the best I've visited. It features a securely fenced play area with a self-latching gate. Inside, there's a soda fountain offering numerous syrup flavors, pebbled ice, and a spacious viewing window allowing kids to watch. Additionally, children can engage with a squirt gun to spray cars entering the wash. A large whiteboard with markers is also provided for entertainment during vehicle vacuuming. Complimentary glass and all-purpose cleaners, along with an abundance of clean towels, are available. Furthermore, a free mat cleaner machine is accessible. Upon completing a purchase, customers receive dash wipes, an air freshener of their choice, and more. Overall, this car wash is exceptional.

This locations cleans just as well as any shiny shell I've been to but I had to dock stars for a few reasons
1) Get more attentive attendants
2) When there is a lot of washes I am getting the deluxe wash almost every single single. Therefore wasting my benefit of the Ultimate Shine and Shield which I pay for four vehicles.
3) The brushes or something keep pushing mirrors on the trucks that go through.
Everything else is amazing though!

I use their car wash weekly, if not more. However, I have to dock one star for 2 reasons. Firstly, the wash doesn’t clean the side of your vehicle very well. Seems like it should be adjusted to clean all of your car. Secondly, they aren’t open on Sunday. It’s 2025 and other Shiny Shell locations are open on Sunday. Get with the times please. Otherwise, really like this place.

Been a member here now for about 6 months. Between a playground for the kids, free drinks, air fresheners, and some of the best equipment to keep your car looking clean. I won't have a membership anywhere else.

The amount of damage Shiny Shell does to your paint is unreal. I have a car less than a year old and the clear coat is scratched from Shiny Shell. Today was especially bad with the damage it caused. They must not be cleaning the brushes and dirt buildup is scratching paint. Will be cancelling my membership.

The drink options pay for your membership if you go every day easy. Doesn't have a bad smell like quick quack does when going through either. the towels and the cleaner and mat cleaning machine make you feel like a detail is done every time on your car

Not impressed- the top end wash didn’t make my car look clean at all. I ended up hand scrubbing most of it. And the super bright lights in the eyes is not cool.

Doesn’t always get my car clean. Even after going through a couple days the same day. The brushes don’t always scrub as well as they should. It gets surface dirt off but could be better.
