I came here to send out Christmas packages for some family. The man who helped me was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. It only took a few minutes for him to help. This post office is closer than the Lehi post office for me and no line so I'll definitely be back!!

The service is terrible there I have called so many times to see if I could get him to put my package in a box and leave a key in my box an that way I would be able to pick up my package but he don’t answer the phone it just rings rings rings

1 star ratings. Give me a break it's the post office what do you expect. Just a note it's almost out in the middle of nowhere to know. It's not like it's in a metropolitan area just an FYI. The fact that people would leave a one-star review for such a small building is a demonstration of a pampered society. Some people don't even get to go to the Post office because it's either too far or criminal activity in the area. I don't usually carry the cooler for the Post office either.

I love Mike & the slow pace no-line experience at the Cedar Valley location 84013. The 1 star for this visit is for not being able to do my return for an ebay purchase at this location because they don't have the equipment to scan QR codes or otherwise process them.

The positive reviews must be from locals. I live in EM and he told me to go to Lehi, says he's old school and doesn't even have a computer! I was trying to mail off a package and needed a label printed but he couldn't help me. Irritating to drive all that way and not get service.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. I am so tired of being unable to speak to a representative over the phone. The post office has been returning mail randomly. I've had multiple businesses state they have sent mail and had it returned. They have our correct address so there's no reason why the mail should be returned. I shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes to get this worked out. It should be a 5 minute phone call. This is ridiculous.
