The monthly rate automatically goes up, however I called and asked if there's something that we can do about that. The woman who answered the phone did a great job of finding a way to bring that back down for me. She called me back and told me that she was able to do that for me. I wish I could remember her name, but she did a great job, incredibly helpful, and very kind. Thank you!
