Dropped off my daughter’s dress for graduation as it had got a little grimy from all the pictures. Was guaranteed that it would be ready by 7:00 am on the day of her graduation. Showed up a 9:00 and the dress wasn’t there. The owner did find out where it was and went and picked it up for me. Dress looks great but was a bit disappointed by not being ready when promised and adding on more stress. Will still take items here but only if there is no rush.

I tried to make business with Tim due to a reference given from a good friend of mine. It was impossible to discuss options due to being "slammed" by orders he had. When I went 2 times to check what options he had, he presented poor options and when trying to still work with him, Tim said "I don't want to do any business with you because you haven't ordered anything from me." I had planned to bring 8 suits to take there and get them clean for my wedding happening next week, because I know he tried to work with me and give him business, but her completely rejected it.What I experienced: false promises, telling me that he had a lot of options of shoes, then I showed up and he didn't. To my friend's wedding event, he missed items that we needed to find options and he didn't refund money, etc. I think I am glad I am NOT doing business with TimGood luck to you, man.

They offered a good price for a tear fix on a coat, did it really fast. Coat was ready the next day.

I just moved here from California and was looking for a top notch dry cleaner. A Cleaner Image is fantastic. Not only is their work excellent and very reasonably priced but Tim, the owner, has got an amazing team of tailors who have performed several alterations for me, including complex suit alterations, slimming shirts and sweaters, and even cleaning and pressing ties. I have expensive clothing and it is really important to have them well looked after. I trust Tim 100% to do things right. He also happens to be a wonderful human too. I took a piece in to to cleaned came back untouched. He was happy to charge me for doing nothing. I was told it would be clean and pressed. I don't believe anything was done but put it behind plastic . There are still dirty spots and clearly unironed.Service: Laundry wash & fold
