Curtis is very helpful. He approached my grandfather who was very uncertain as to what he needed without hesitation and was able to immediately offer help to resolve his questions. Very knowledgeable and tactful employee! Great experience at this location as always.

This ACE Hardware has a massive selection of BBQ Grills, they will assemble, & Deliver for FREE!
I have also gotten many keys recut here they have friendly knowledgable staff. I would recommend!

I've never seen a store help a customer as well as these guys did. Long story short, my tools got stolen and after calling to seven different ace hardware stores these guys not only had what I needed but gathered it on hold till I made it there a few hours later. They then proceeded to assist me furth to even look for matching screws that could piece together one tool that was broke.
If any store deserves to make it in an economy as we're currently in. It's this store. Thank you to all those that assisted me yesterday and even today. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

Very strange to walk into a store and looked at like you don’t belong there. Asked for help and they passed me around from person to person and didn’t want to take 2 minutes to help me find something. All employees could use some customer service training.

I love Colonial Ace hardware! Whenever I need a bolt or a screw, this is the place to come! They’re always really helpful! They always have exactly what I’m looking for. Unlike the big box stores.
