We recently purchased new exterior doors from Colonial. The doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. Justin and Brett were great to work with. We will return when we have another home improvement project.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the contractor desk and have been paying much more than what I would have paid for the same product at Home Depot. I have placed 4 different orders for Trex decking for a total of around $19,000. Two out of the four times I picked it up at will call from the distributor and the other times at Colonial. The last time I went to Colonial the order wasn't there as they said it would be so I had to make another trip the next day to pick it up. I called today to place another order and asked if I could pick it up at will call. I basically received a lecture that I should know the policy by now that will call was for emergency purposes only. That was never explained to me. The way I was talked today was an experience that I really couldn't believe was happening. I also found out that I have been paying about 17% more for Trex than what I would have paid at Home Depot. That's around $3,000 more. Ouch. I placed my final order through Home Depot today. They were great to work with and there was no mention of any concern with me picking it up at will call. This is the same distributor where I have been for the order I placed through Colonial. Colonial has been a frustrating customer service experience and unfortunately financially too.

Great place for all your building supply needs !!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Has longevity with most of their employees. They know what questions to ask. You can do will call, or have your supplies delivered right to the job site. Very competitive in pricing also

We had a Kohler 20,000 W generator installed. The guys did a fantastic job.We Would like to thank Jeff maw from the generator division for a very thorough follow up to make sure everything was in place and functioning as it should .He addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions in a timely mannerThank you for your professionalism !

We recently purchased a new puppy, and we needed a doggie door. They were so helpful. In fact, a gentleman came out to our house and measured everything thing and then sent us an updated estimation of both cost and time. They went out of their way to make it up positive professional experience.
