I have had 2 units rented out one for the last 5 and the other 7 years. And I've been pleased with everything about the facility and the ease of doing business there.

Warning, careful renting here, I had my $5,000.00 aluminum utility trailer stolen from the outdoor storage space that I was renting from. I personally think it’s an inside job with someone renting there. Also, they have lots of cameras, but they are useless as they only hold recordings for like a week so unless you check on your stuff weekly, you’re out of luck. And get your own renter’s insurance, they don’t cover anything. Sad deal, lessen learned the hard way.

Horrible customer service. We’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months now. No one, at least at the Centerville location, answers or gets back to us ever. We’ve called called, and have left so many messages. We’ve been outrageously overcharged for months now, and if we didn’t live out of state, we would cancel and move our stuff asap. I can’t begin to tell you how frustrated we are. 0/10 and would never recommend.

Storage area is well maintained and secure. Code-protected entry gate works well. Office is sometimes not open during posted office hours and the phone number posted on the door is often not answered.
On-site office manager is polite and helpful. Overall I think this is a good, reasonably-priced storage facility. Access is easy off if either I-15 or Legacy Highway.
