The wash itself is pretty good and doesn't damage the paint. This is the primary reason I started with this car wash
Now for the cons: The car wash is frozen during winter months (Dec-Feb).
It's really easy to start a monthly membership with automatic payments at their kiosk next to the wash, but holy crap, good luck trying to cancel it. (Took me 1 year and 4 months to cancel my 3x vehicles, and wasn't even using it for that time). No refund.
Any attempt to cancel has to be done through the Grease Monkey next to the wash. I called 2x a month, and then finally physically would go in for the last 4 months. The only way I actually was able to cancel is changing my card number.

I get the $5 Car Wash there because I think all the pricier options that are available at the car wash they are just fluff that is not needed for your car wash but that is just my opinion

Good car wash. Touch less system which I consider a plus. Free microfiber towels provided to dry your vehicle afterwards.

Carwash only does an okay job, not surprising as it is touchless. My van looked better after for sure, but it has a ways to go to look good.
