Employees were very nice and the layout isn’t bad. Playground was not well maintained. Some equipment was broken and areas were dark that once seemed to have lighting. I’m not sure the place has ever been deep cleaned. The party “rooms” were sad. I recommend skipping this place and going to Kid Zone or Kidstopia if you can.Edit: we were there on 12/23/23. Specifically one of the teacups and at least 3 air guns were broken. This would be a great place if the owners would invest in some maintenance rather than justbeing defensive when hit with imperfect reviews.

This place has really gone downhill. My most recent visit was not good. The play area was very dirty, multiple kids running around with no socks, the bathrooms needed some attention and only one employee attending the front desk and cooking food in the back while there were 2 birthday parties going on. The worst was seeing multiple spots where the METAL pipes were exposed playgrounds. This place really needs some attention from management

We hosted a birthday party here. It was the perfect little space to do our own thing. The kids loved the play space. It looked clean for the most part (it’s a kids playground) and we noticed their ball shooters were working again, which the kiddos loved! We would definitely use the space again.

This was my first time going there, and I was so impressed! My daughter (almost 3 yrs old) and I had a blast together and spent 2 hours nonstop playing together. There were so many things that exceeded my expectations:- It was clean! I was dreading a 1990's filthy McDonald's playpen experience but go the total opposite experience instead. It was surprisingly clean, and twice while we were there I saw an employee walking through the playpen structure, spray sanitizing everything. Socks are required, so that keeps things sanitary as well.- It was not crowded! When we arrived there were a lot of parked cars and most of the seats/tables in the seating areas were taken up, but the playpen structure itself is so huge that it didn't feel crowded. Even though most of the kids running around were much older than my 3-year old, I didn't have to worry at all about her getting hurt or knocked around.- Parent can enter for free with paid child! I was totally planning on paying so I could make sure my young toddler could play safe, was not expecting to get to do without paying for myself too. Even though most parents were just hanging out at the tables, when there are a handful of adults hanging out in the playground it keeps kids on better behavior and less accidents happen as a result.- Food/snacks weren't super expensive! I was expecting sports game concession type inflated prices, but we were able to grab a small snack out the door for just a couple dollars. I didn't buy meal food, although it was on the menu, but I glanced at prices and it was lower than I was expecting. All in all, we had the perfect daddy-daughter date together and she can't stop talking about it. We'll definitely be going regularly during the winter!

Wish I had taken a photo! We were too busy playing! ;) Very kid friendly, and even better…. Very PARENT friendly! There are little tables and benches scattered around for parents to park and be home base. Toddler-aged kids were in heaven! I love that they have affordable healthy snack options accessible! Uncrustables for under $2 cheese stick 60c etc etc.

My kids (10, 8, 6) always have the best time at Coconut Cove. We literally came to play for a little and I couldn't get them to agree to leave for 3 hours! There is plenty here to keep them busy, especially if they have good imaginations. We brought cousins with us this time (same ages as mine) and they had a great time too.

It was an overly great experience. It was a bit busy but not overly crowded. The only 2 things I think needs improvement are: 1) The "private rooms" aren't really private... it's just a wall barrier from the main play room. I feel like the description they have need to be more accurate.2) This is more on the parents but the rules aren't really followed too much. We had so many kids climbing on the walls/bars, and older kids were entering the toddlers only play area.

*** we absolutely did not leave without just paying - we talked to the employees that were there and ask for an email. I even asked if I could contact a management person while we were there and they said there was no management there. I emailed them and I did email them back. I’m not sure why you never received an email but we definitely responded. I do not think it’s OK to comment back and try to make it seem like the people giving you honest reviews are trying to hurt your business purposefully. Maybe if things were ran more smoothly there wouldn’t be issues. I can clearly see on your reviews that there are other people that had the same problems as me and you were rude to them in your response as well. I wrote this review because it was true to how we feltI am not the write a review type usually but we had a horrible experience for our sons 3rd party at Coconut Cove. We were barley acknowledged when we walked through the door. We were not ask to sign waivers nor where we walked back to the party area and the party area was FILTHY. We were cleaning the table tops and cake from other parties off the floor under the tables- mind you the kids cannot wear shoes they need to wear socks so obviously we didn’t want them stepping on cake that was on the floor. Our pizza was forgotten and then delivered only 20/30 min before we were supposed to leave the party area and that’s after we asked about it twice. (we were also told that we must have been in the wrong area because the pizza was delivered to the other side of the party area where there were clearly no people nor any party decorations - we even had a guest ask if that pizza was for our party and the employee said she did not know) After contacting management, they barely gave us any discount for our inconveniences. I would highly recommend going somewhere like Kangaroo Zoo instead of Coconut cove. Super disappointed!

This was a super fun place for my niece 2 year birthday party. There were a lot of fun activities for all ages and the slides were huge and inviting. They also had options where you could order pizza and snacks for the birthday event. Safe and inviting environment for parents and children.

Loved it, our kids had lots of fun! I wish there were a way that the floor was less slippery, especially since all the kids are in socks! Saw lots of kids going down. Not sure what the solution is outside of socks with grippers but those are hard to find for older kids

Hubby was leaving on mini deployment the next day, we needed somewhere that the kids could spend quality time with him. This place was perfect!! We had a BLAST and spent hours there. If you need to tire your kids out this place is awesome! They even have a spot for babies/small toddlers!

Fun place to take the kids. Staff was super helpful. Only issue... **AT NO FAULT TO COCONUT COVE CAUSE THEY WERE AWESOME***But some parents think it's a babysitter while they suck themselves into their phones and leave kids unattended. Causing issues with running up slides, running down the slides, and even a bloody nose cause other children thought fun to throw the balls at other children hitting them in the face. The lady at the desk had to ask 4 different times for the older children to go play on the bigger play ground and to not play in the 3 yr old n younger area. *SMH*So my advice.. weekends are over crowded. Go on a weeknight. I went Christmas eve day and it was nice. Only a few families enjoying family time.Be safe and parents, please watch your kids, supervision is key. Have fun!!

Fun place, kids had a blast, everything is connected and very strong if adults need to climb around. The "party areas" are just spaces in the back with a temporary divider wall on wheels. This helps keep it private but it does not block out noise, unfortunately.

My 2 and 8 year old LOVED it. I especially like it because there's a place for babies that are crawling, toddlers that are still learning to walk and a little older kids. Play areas are all big enough for parents to go in with their child too. It's also very affordable. Under $11 for my 8 year old and my 2 year old was free. There's a place for parents to sit all through the facility and areas that you can rent for parties. It gets REALLY packed and loud. The second time I went was around 3pm on a weekend and I couldn't stay. It was too loud and over really crowded.
