Stored my trailer there for a while. Great place. Easy payment. Access control gate and have security camera. Highly recommend!

Motorhome was taken from their lot. It was not till after it was taken that they told me they do not have power or cameras to protect their open storage. I was told it was monitor with cameras when I started. It a lie. They say they have no liability for my lose. Centerville Police say Cook Storage is a bad place to keep anything of value.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. Their cameras DO NOT read license plates. They have ZERO SECURITY. Every thief knows they can take whatever they want, however long it takes them. PLEASE, DON'T STORE ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! I spoke with the police, and they have all had several theft incidences a month here. It's sickening how Cook storage hasn't done the right thing and changed their policies on security. Not to mention some actually checking on their clients property. We weren't notified for TWO WEEKS that our trailer was stolen.

Honest and great people. They have great prices and service with a lot of security cameras that can read license plates.

Don't rent the storage units they have behind Tri-City Performance unless you would like to have your stuff stolen. Cook storage is a hot spot for theft and the thieves know they have all the time in the world to take what they want because on one is looking out the property. Cook does not secure the property and I have seen the cheep storage units easily opened and emptied by thieves. A friend on mine has had 2 campers broken into. Someone was even living in one of the campers and pissed all over it. He had 4 cars there and all off the catalytic converter where cut off. They even have time to steal the engine out of one truck. Cook it just taking rent money and cares nothing for your stuff. Don't use them!
