I have to go to this location once a year to do a deposit. Anytime I go in they ask me to remove my hat. Every time I've gone in there is another person at the counter wearing a hat. I will not take my hat off. I've never been asked to take my hat off at any other site and I will continue to give you guys the worst score possible every time this happens until you guys stop asking.

Horrible! We got a car loan through our dealer here. I came in first to set up automatic withdrawals. The next month it never came out. The man there is incompetent and set it up wrong. So we had to go back and ask it be done again. Then we had to bring in proof of insurance. I hand delivered a copy of our insurance and of course they didn't do it correct again (same incompetent man) and now we got charged for their insurance. I am moving this loan to America First cu. Don't go here! They are incompetent!!On a side note, ALL banks and credit unions now ask everyone to remove hats and sunglasses.

What a great credit union! We were greeted by Nicole, Mikhail, and Drew. They offered such a good rate on my car loan, I checked into opening an account. They were so down to earth and talked about money and long term goals with me. There are still real people out there who know you and how it is.

For the guy who left they review saying he got profiled, you didn't. Every single time I have been in there they have asked me to remove my had and hood. Its just a rule so cameras can see your face.

Just got profiled by the teller over there. I went in with my little girl to show proof of insurance on my new truck loan. He asked if I'd turn my hat around for the security camera's. I said " Sure, do you guys have a problem with robberies at the credit union inside the Walmart?" He told me " it's better to be safe than sorry". I'll be transferring my loan to America First Credit Union first thing.
