They are so responsive. I wish everyone gave such good customer service. Any issue is immediately taken care of. I hear neighbors complain about their internet provider and all I can say is that they should give Echo Broadband a try. I really appreciate how reliable they are. Greg

Echobroadband has truly been a hero for me and my family, providing exceptional customer service, top-notch product quality, and easy installation. With the pandemic changing the way we work, having fast and reliable internet has become crucial for remote and hybrid workers like us. My wife works from home four days a week, and I work from home two to three days a week. Despite having centurylink with 40mbps speed for decades, I would check with echobroadband every six months to see if they had line of sight for one of their upgraded towers.Their service at my office in Centerville was amazing, unlike Xfinity, which had major outages regularly. I even joked with Echobroadband employees that they would have songs written about them. With wifi speeds of 500mbps up and down, our internet usage at home has completely transformed.When I switched to a mesh wifi system with wifi 6ghz, I had trouble setting it up, but an Echobroadband employee walked me through it and made sure everything was working before I hung up. I highly recommend Echobroadband, and even if Bountiful has a fiber program in the future, I still won't switch!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their new 1 gig service is absolutely blazing, the monthly price is amazing, and their customer service is incredible.Do yourself a favor - if you can get their service, do it now. You'll wish you had sooner.

These guys are great. Once I heard they had gigabit ethernet (up and down), I signed up immediately.I was a previous customer - and only left because the highest upload speed I could get at the time was 5 Mbps. I was always happy with the customer service - always very responsive. So once I heard they got faster speeds - I was eager to go back.The technician was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things I could do better with my wifi network.I highly recommend!

We have fast, reliable, and affordable high speed internet thanks to Echo Broadband. I’m so glad my neighbor referred me. I recommend it to everyone in the neighborhood. I’m happy to support a local business that sincerely cares about their customers. Other HSI providers don’t even come close to providing the level of satisfaction and should give up advertising because I’m sticking with Echo Broadband.

Great customer service. Internet has been much more reliable with snow storms (used to go out for a few hours or so when we'd get a big storm) and no complaints about speed. Very happy.

Love being able to text or talk to a real person when I’ve had a problem. No problems since the speed upgrade. Very satisfied with the service and doing business with a local company. Most importantly, connectivity and speeds at a competitive price. Never regretted going with Echo.
