Had a disappointing experience yesterday. Had oil changed as usual. I asked what the sticker said for mileage before next change. Person said 3000 miles. Toyota says 10,000 for synthetic oil. I got run around that means if you only drive 5 miles a day.
I quit going to my last shop because they played games in trying to make more money.

I had a great experience at Grease Monkey for my emissions test and vehicle registration. The whole process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I was in and out much faster than expected, and they handled the paperwork for my registration on the spot, no extra trip to the DMV needed. I really appreciated how easy they made the process. Highly recommend if you want fast, reliable service!

No stars. .. they broke my car and won't fix it trying to put the blane on a different problem when my car has no light on and could go over 40mph with no problem now. My check engine light on my car won't go fast then 40mph and it's smells like burns oil they won't fix it!!

I needed emissions done, and had tried 3 different shops and got denied at all because they didn't have emission techs available. This was the only place that had one when i needed it. For that they get an A+. Very friendly and quick service.

The folks here are always kind, patient and efficient! I know more about cars than I let on, and they’ve never tried to take advantage. Honest and good work, and they reward your loyalty.

My wife took her 2017 BMW 320 to have the oil changed today. The car has less than 39000 miles on it. And is driven very little. The technician scammed her into purchasing a completely unnecessary and potentially damaging engine flush. This is the oldest up sale scam around. It is predatory and dishonest targeting uninformed consumers. No reputable garage would do this. If you need an oil change in Centerville go to Walmart. They are honest reasonable and do not engage in dishonest upselling.

Tylor was very kind going over the recommendations. Pedro checked me in and out. He was extremely personable and friendly. I like to come here on Sundays because they usually don't have much of a wait. They are great!

I had a thought pop in my head, Oh shoot, Wish I had time for an oil change because I know that I needed one and had had troubles with this car specifically in the past with not getting them frequently enough. I had 2 gallons of milk and popsicles in the car and saw the sign that said “open bay ready for oil change right now” And we pulled in and 17 minutes later we were pulling out. Milk made it to the fridge and kids enjoyed the popsicles.

I've been coming here for years and this is my first bad experience. When I pulled up I let the attendant know I would like to have the oil changed as well as emissions/registration done. They were able to start working on my car shortly thereafter and kept me updated on the process and recommended services I was due for, which I appreciated.
The issues started when they pulled my car out and I went up to the counter to pay. They had the oil change and additional services added on, but nothing for emissions/registration. I didn't mind as I understand miscommunications happen, until I was told it would be a 45 min wait for the emissions/registration as they had already pulled my car out. I was admittedly annoyed at this point, and told him that's not fair, as I had let someone know about both services when I pulled up and that I shouldn't have to wait at the back of the line for their mistake. He then asked who I spoke with and I pointed the employee out, and he went to speak with him. He then came back and said they would start checking the emissions after another car was finished (which had arrived after me). I had been at the shop for 90 minutes at this point before the wait for emissions.
Lastly, when I had paid and my car was ready to go, I found the paper that goes on the floor for shoes on the driver's seat. You would have to step out of the car and intentionally place the paper on the seat. It's not a place you'd easily forget something like that. So it definitely felt like a final 'screw you' for standing up for myself when I was trying to be punished for the shop's error. Never coming back.

The grease monkey stuff at this location is the only place I take my car for an oil change. The staff exemplifies fantastic customer service to their customers. They let me know that my battery was ready for replacement and hadn’t been replaced since I purchased my car they really helped me out with a great deal on my synthetic oil change and my brand new battery. I can’t remember the manager’s name or the stuff that helped me but they were amazing and I trust them with the service in the care of my car.
